The staff were very helpful and friendly. They were the best part of our stay. The room was clean but could use some tlc. Water was luke warm in shower. Did not feel safe at facility. Some pretty sketchy people staying there. Beat up vehicles around facility with people hanging out in cars.

What a dump. Not as pictured/described
The hotel is a de-branded Econolodge which someone else is now running and it's clear why. It looks run down on the outside and that's the best part. Bed was junk, bad/old springs sagging in. It had some locked zipper cover on the bed. We did look for bugs and didn't see any. But weren't sure what was inside that cover. The room was beat up not anything like the pictures which are clearly a decade old or more. The outside door let sunlight in under it and who know what else. The latch and lock were likely useless but we piled our suitcases agains the wall and door for some level of security. At 2 AM ish someone outside crashed to the ground (we think didn't go looking) They hit the wall so hard I thought we might find a dead body outside in the morning. Then the drunk yelling started next door. One staircase was falling apart and looked like it was a death trap. It was roped off but who knows how long that was there. We only stayed because of the global IT outage. Flights were all cancelled and hotels all booked this was the only option hotels.com gave us that would book. We checked all the major hotel brands for availability and all showed sold out. We ran to checkout at sun up and were out of there by 7AM after getting no sleep. They also charged us between 3-5x (over three hundred thirty for a night) what a normal stay appears to cost online looking at prices for other nights. Which seems like price gouging to me given the mess that travel was having all over.

It was ok, for the price, but idk if was Hotels.com, or Expedia, who change my last name and I stay like an hour looking for my reservation, because in the hotel they didn't find my reservation, and they said it was reserved with another last name

Not bad for a 2+ * hotel.
I was not given any information at check-in (i.e. wifi password). I understand that the person was new, but the other woman there could have helped. There were kids playing in the pool until 10:30, when it clearly stated that quiet time started at 10. My stay was only one night, so I don't know how it would have been if I stayed longer.

The hotel is well located near SeaTac but not very clean and noisy. Beds are not very comfortable! Alright for just a night but still too much money for quality of amenities! Staff is great.

Staff were excellent! Looks like they are working hard to update. Pool wasn’t working but will be soon. No lock on bathroom door and no fan in bathroom. Beds were very soft and pillows were small squares. Not their fault, but major road work / closures around them.

The room was dirty, the head of housekeeping or facilities looked at the room and said it was not stained it was dirty and moved us. The second room had what appeared to be blood on the concrete outside the door. Manager was friendly and appeared to be trying, with limited resources and I felt for him. But I would not book here again and was scared all night.

I stayed here for almost a week, so I feel like I can adequately describe the conditions at this hotel. The staff are amazing, every interaction I had with them was lovely and they accommodated everything I needed. They are easily the highlight of this place. The rooms are nice, but not amazing. This is one of the cheaper hotels in the area and it does show. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, I found myself unable to sleep as easily as I would at home and the pillows weren’t good. The chairs and bathroom were fine, they did the job. Only complaint with the room itself is the bathroom light. It’s like having a straight piped diesel truck in your room, it’s so loud. I took quick showers so I didn’t annoy the people around me with the noise. The walls are thin, so you will hear everything in the rooms around you. I unfortunately was woken up at 4:00 by a domestic violence incident one day. My main issue with this hotel is the safety. I can’t say that I ever felt safe in my room. The room I was in had very clearly been broken into in the past and the same can be said for some of the others. The screen on my window had been pried open and the chain lock on the door was barely attached the wall because someone had tried to break the door down. I noticed the same issue with some of the other windows along the back side of the hotel. The back parking lot doesn’t feel safe either. Every single night was accompanied by a new parade of random cars making their stay for the night.

It was a place that didn’t have sufficient locks on doors, the parking area was being used day and night for auto repairs which caused noice in the morning all night until 10pm the area was not well kept and the rooms were bellow average.
