The stay was going great…I reserved 4 nights. Breakfast was good. Room was big. The bathroom was smaller for a room that size….on my last night, I was getting something by the fridge and I saw something from the corner of my eye so I shined a light on it. It was a roach. I took my shoe and killed it. I didn’t sleep well that night. Granted, I probably lured the pest to my room because I had some food, but the fact is there were roaches to be lured. This was room 310. Staff was okay, not good, not bad. Lobby was nice and clean. I did like there was a 24hr hot cocoa and coffee machine that you could pick whatever you wanted, whatever size and strength.

front deck was very unprofessional! she gave a key for room, first, she was not very happy to conversation with us, then when we walk in to the room, big dog came to us and start barking, them some people show up from bathroom!!!! we been so scary, we came back to front desk, she was laughing, and smiles said : she dont know that some one occupied room!!! very unprofessional!!! No sorry, no apologies just gave to us new key room...

After checking in, I requested a late check out at noon. At 9 am the next day there was a quick knock at my door followed by someone entered my room. I was in bed and they had a key to my room! Called the front desk and they told me “oh it says here you’ve checked out “. I said, “No, don’t you have to sign something to check out?” No. They just have to think they see you leave. That’s bizarre and completely unacceptable!
