Room was perfectly clean and renovated with new appliances and sofa. Lobby was bright and decorated for Christmas time. Fresh coffee and ice chilled water with fresh slices of lemon were avaliable for free in the lobby. Pool was fine with warm hot tub. Breakfast was mix of hot and cold items like egg, Sausage, boiled vegetables, cheese, mini muffins, waffle maker, coffee, juices dispenser, cereals and etc. Free parking was a great saving. Area looks safe and quiet.

This hotel barely provides the minimum necessities to qualify as a place to stay. It is woefully understaffed, and it shows in every aspect of the experience. The pool area had no towels available and clearly hadn’t been cleaned all day—possibly longer—which made it completely unusable. Do not be fooled by the promise of a “24/7 shuttle.” It only runs on the hour, and if it fills up before you even check in, you’re simply out of luck. Management makes no effort to accommodate guests or offer alternatives; their response is essentially “we don't do that.” If you’re hoping to sleep—as one typically does at a hotel—lower your expectations significantly. A train runs nonstop directly behind the building, and the walls are paper-thin. You’ll hear every conversation, every door slam, and every footstep from neighboring rooms and the hallway. As a final touch, the strong and persistent smell of marijuana throughout the property makes the environment even more unpleasant. Overall, this hotel is disorganized, poorly maintained, and unconcerned with guest comfort. I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere.
