Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is spacious but sometime we could hear upstair or next door plumbing noises. Breakfast is decent. Plenty of shopping places nearby.

Good place to stay

My stay here was overall enjoyable. The room was very spacious; I got a two-queen bedroom. I was very impressed with the restrooms in the lobby; they were extremely clean and well maintained. The breakfast was minimal, but well prepared and it served its purpose. The staff was friendly which made it a positive experience. The only downside was finding leftover salmon in the mini fridge, which was very unpleasant. Aside from that everything about the stay was excellent.

Large clean rooms, which look new. Hotel lobby is nice to sit in. We had an early flight and the shuttle only starts at 7 am, so we didn't have a chance to use it.

Nice and Clean, minimal breakfast and paid parking

The space was nice and clean, plenty of space for morning breakfast. The breakfast options were less so than other Tru hotels I've been to, but it got the job done. Loved the pool table! Not too excited about parking fees given the hotel was in the middle of a commercial lot with minimal activity on a weekend.

Need improved Customer Service

Arrived Fri late the gentleman working doing check in never looked up, never said hi or welcome. We wited about 5 min while he was doing something not sure what at like 12:30am nd said im ready when u r. Very unprofessional and not friendly. Same thing today Mon 7/28 at 6:30am same man same attitude awful to have this type of personality for the first face a person sees.
