The property is beautiful. Clean and in great condition. Unfortunately its right in the middle of a bunch of warehouses and work districts. Lots of semis and road traffic. And surprised by a $22 plus tax ($28) a night parking fee that i didnt see anywhere on thw description when i nooked the hotel.

The bed was comfortable. Our second night at the hotel we were woken up at 3:30am by 5 very drunk people sitting right near the front doors. Called the front desk and they did chase them away promptly. People in the room above us were very loud 2 different nights from 9:30 to midnight.

Honest Review from a Family of 5 (2 Adults, 3 Kids) We stayed here for what was supposed to be 3 nights but only got 2, even though we paid for all 3. Our flight was canceled, so we called ahead to let the hotel know we’d be checking in a day late and staying an extra day to complete the 3-night stay. They confirmed it was fine. But on the second night, we were told we had to check out and were refused a refund for the third night. The manager blamed Expedia and only waived our parking fees — which we appreciated — but we were left without a room for the day with our 10, 8, and 1-year-old kids. The room itself was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. We slept great and loved having the full kitchen. Breakfast had good variety and tasted good too. Unfortunately, the pool was extremely dirty — we saw someone's underwear left on the side and hair and grime by the steps. Very off-putting, especially compared to the otherwise clean hotel. The staff was friendly, but the lack of follow-through and compassion was disappointing. We tried to do everything right and were still left in a tough spot. We would’ve returned despite the pool, but the poor handling of our situation changed that. Unexpected things happen when traveling, and kindness goes a long way. We didn’t feel that here.

Absolutely enjoyed everything about this hotel stay!!! The staff especially were absolutely incredible. I felt so safe and tucked in! Will be staying here anytime I’m in overnighting at SeaTac airport or need to stay in the area!

Top-notch

Top notch stay, breakfast was amazing. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Its 10-15 minutes from the airport and no shuttle service offered so we had to get a cab/uber.

The hotel lobby, kitchen and rooms are neat and excellent. But the reason why i gave it two star is we stayed 3 nights and requested room refreshing service for at the counter but nothing was happen.

Great stay. Clean spacious room. The kids loved the pool. Super easy to get gas for rental car and 11 minutes to rental car return for SeaTac.
