Our 2 queen room we reserved online for as given away to someone else. We had to check in to 1 kind size and they offered a cot. The cot never made it to our room I asked for it 3 time. Manager on duty, Jesse, she’s was rude and unprofessional and talked bad about other employees off the clock. Very unprofessional.

The property is close to shopping mall and dining. The only down side of it is the freeway. It was a bit noisy from outside but it was pretty quiet inside. It was good overall. Thank you.

We decided to stay close to Seatac related to a very early flight out the next morning. We needed a place that was comfortable clean and safe but close to shopping for last minute errands.
