It looks convenient ,but the area and the local people coming in and out of the hotel felt less than desirable. Wont be staying there again.

Deceitful practice of not telling customers ahead of time that pet deposit of $50 is non-refundable on top of a $10 pet fee. The front desk person was rude. We were told that by law, they are not required to disclose that the $50 pet deposit is non-refundable. It was also noisy because there were men drinking around the corner of the building and we saw syringes when we were walking our dog. So for the price that we paid, for the bad service, bad location with no amenities or breakfast, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Go to Embassy Suites across the street. That's where we stayed the next night.

My mistake for booking here. We needed a room for the night and that’s exactly what we got. It was tidy, staff was friendly. Deadbolt on door didn’t work, so I didn’t sleep well. Coffee in the lobby and vending machines. If you’re in the area for business, don’t eat breakfast and/or plan to eat out or cook in your room than this would be the perfect place.

It smelled horrible. My room wasn’t clean. Dogs were barking all night. They said they would compensate me for a terrible stay, yet nothing has happened. The hallways were filthy. Overall it was bad. Just plain bad. Stay across the way at the Ramada or Embassy. Avoid this place.
