Since we arrived to the hotel we didnt feel safe. We got There after 8pm and there was a group of juveniles walking around the parking lot. When we checked in and got our room the hallways smelt super bad like humid/spoiled food. We walked in our room and it was ok. We saw long hairs on the floor. After 10mins we noticed cockroaches co.ing out and we called front desk immediately. Who then told us she didnt have anymore rooms and couldnt give us a refund. When we went down to checkout she gave me her bosses number to call. I tolf her i had taken several pictures of the roaches which she didnt seem surprised about. So disgusting never staying here again.

The front desk lady was really nice and welcoming, on the outside this place seems clean and comfortable however upon entering the actual hallway to the room it was filled with a horrible stench of urine and body odor. I tried to look past it and finally made it to my room. There was rooms blasting music, and what appeared to be someone under the influence coming in and out of rooms(all night). I decided to get food and see how the rest of the night went.(it didn’t get better) by the time I decided enough, the front desk was closed. I felt unsafe the whole night and couldn’t check out.. by the end of the night I locked my door and attempted to fall asleep. I left early the next morning and will not be coming back to this property.

The first room I was in had a crazy amount of water coming up from the flooring in the bathroom. The tub had chipping paint on the bottom all over. The drain was absolutely disgusting. The floors throughout the room were sticky and dirty. The bed sheets had pen writing on them from previous guests.

I locked myself out of my room at around 6:30 am, while stepping out to grab a drink, the front desk was closed, called the number as posted multiple times from 6:30-9:00 am, with no answer, I couldn't even get into the lobby and had to sit outside in the cold. When attempting to get a new room key, the front desk agent asked 50 questions about why I needed it, I had my id matching name on room
