Room was good and clean. Walls are a bit thin but otherwise ok. Breakfast was fabulous and included. Shuttle drivers were really good and friendly. Restaurant in the casino had a good happy hour. Food was ok.

The staff member that checked us in was very courteous and helpful. The lobby is very nice and inviting. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Overall, it was more than we expected for the price we paid. To top it off, there is a casino next door which of course, we had to go visit! I would definitely recommend this hotel, and I will be sure to remember it for my next stay in Seattle.

I left something on the hotel. I did not have the phone. I called 800 number. They texted the wrong location number I called back. They were rude on the phone. customer service skills are very poo. Accommodations in the hotel were not so bad. The receptionist was very professional. Carpet neeed some shampoo.
