Cold showers...true they are going to have a reno but no excuse to rent rooms with a broke mixing valve. The night lady didnt care and the day person said house keeping will look into it? Lol Went through our stuff before letting us in our room. You had to go through Casino security, scanning id everytime we came back. The Tacoma one was only when we went into the casino. I think i paid cheap per night...for some reason I got cheap and chose Fife. The room was decent and clean with water spots on the celing. Crooked lights and mirror. Complaint at both would be the cigarette smoke...walking by or through the Casino to get to the Hotel. .This is a very bad neighborhood with a huge homeless population but the property feels safe. I would drive everywhere not the type of place you want to take a stroll and explore unless you're street smart.

Staff were wonderful. Although the room appeared very clean, it smelled very stale of old cigarettes. The linens also were not fresh and had a musty smell. The coffee sugar / creamer were very old and wouldn’t even dissolve

Stay was great. The casino was dirty but mostly because of the smokers just ashing their cigarettes all over the machines and even putting them out on the machines. Im a smoker myself but thats just disgusting behavior.

Although the room was clean, it had some issues. Room was not ready at check-in time, there was no fan in the bathroom, there was no hot water in the sink in the bathroom, the sink did not drain, the Keurig did not work properly, staff entered room w/o permission, and the TV remotes did not work well. We would stay here again as we did have fun but would be more critical of the room.

I was satisfied overall with my stay at EQC but since I did not stay there for gambling opportunities some things did not work so well. Passing through the smokey casino is not family friendly or for those who dislike smoke. The room walls were not well insulated so we were bothered a few times by noises from other rooms. Dining options were limited. The room rates and parking availability, on the other hand, were great and made it worthwhile. The rooms were in good condition and clean. The staff all went out of their ways to be helpful.
