Typical NW Casino

Hotel is nice but overpriced. Casino table payouts are poor. BJ pays 3:2 rather than 2:1. Drinks are measured/auto pour. Good for staying and playing after a show but I’d rather stay at mcmennamins down the street.

Desk clerk has no time to help.

Checking in Raylene, the Front Desk clerk couldn't find our reservation. I showed her our confirmation from Hotels com. She said we would need to call Hotels.com because that was not their confirmation number. Finally, a manager came by and said she would help us. She took the time to find out that the reservation was under the name of someone in our party. This was because when I made the reservation they wanted the names of everyone in the room. Well, I rented two rooms and whose name I put in first is who the reservation was listed under.
