TRAPPED IN ELEVATOR

Right after we checked in , myself & 3 other people , were TRAPPED IN THE ELEVATOR! Manager was rude when explained what happened as if it wasn't a big deal. 10 mins of pure panic! Take the freakin stairs or go somewhere else. Unbelievable.

I had a re-modeled room with no carpet. I have a mold allergy so sometimes old carpet will cause a headache. My room had no carpet and was very clean.
