The property was just fine and everything went well. One of your staff was sick with a runny nose sweating and coughing. That made me feel a little uncomfortable.

I had some issues with my stay but they were all resolved by the Manager eventually. The room was clean. The location was convenient. My only complaints were the lack of training among the staff to handle basic issues in a timely manner. One issue we had was a clogged toilet and it took until the next day to resolve that. Another was a breakdown in communication with their courtesy shuttle. We were left waiting for it for 45 minutes due to an error in communication on their part. That being said, after voicing my concerns to their manager, I felt heard, and was satisfied with the response. None of my negative experiences reflect on the properties cleanliness or safety. One concern I did not raise with management was a hotel of this caliber and for this fare should offer a continental breakfast, which this property does not, which was a surprise to me having stayed at many Courtyards and many Marriotts.

Great except poorly thought out and communicated that bottom power outlets are on motion sensors to save power??? First of something is plugged in I am charging or more important using a medical device which is deceiving in that it will get power when you go to bed but shut off after you sleep risking medical issues and poor sleep. The top outlet is already in us by the clock. If nothing is plugged in you are not using power, else don't turn it off after you sleep and only post anything about this crazy idea on a piece of cardboard that my not getting noticed until morning.
