We booked this hotel because of its 24-hour shuttle from Seatac Airport. We arrived at Seatac at 11 pm and waited for 90 minutes for a pick-up, but nothing came. In the interim I tried calling a dozen times, but there was no answer. We tried the airport hotel kiosk, but nothing. I called Bonvoy help desk, and they called and could not get thru. Finally, we took an expensive taxi. The desk said the phone system was out. "Why no shuttle? I asked. "Because you have to call to reserve," the desk manager said. "But we could not get through to make the rez," I pointed out. She shrugged. Also, no coffee in the morning for the return to airport.

It was simple, clean and the staff were so friendly. They only charged $20 incidental fee which shows trust and respect for its clients. The shuttle driver dropped me off and picked me up at my dinner spot and honestly I wish every hotel were as easygoing, friendly and trusting as this place. I will stay again. They are wonderful. And yes, the room as clean and the bed was very cozy.
