"Downtown Seattle hotels are expensive—there's no getting around that. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with a great location and good-sized rooms, this property is an excellent value. During my stay, comparable hotels nearby were more than $100 per night higher. In my opinion, the extra cost wasn't justified. This hotel provided everything I needed: a comfortable room, friendly service, and easy access to downtown attractions. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a good Seattle hotel without paying luxury hotel prices."

"The airport shuttle was a joke. We waited over an hour for pickup at the airport & within that time called the hotel 3x for status. Each time I was told “it will be there within 20 minutes”. We finally took a taxi to the hotel (a 5 minute drive from the airport) & there was the shuttle, in front of reception."

"Friendly staff, pool area, fitness area, rooms were really nice. Location was okay, on a busy street. Very close to airport and convenient free shuttle. Only negative was a very loud get together in the dining area. 20-30 people could be heard down the hall in room 120 and 128. I just turned up the fan noise to drown it out. Otherwise I would have notified the front desk. Overall, We would definately stay there again. Thanks!"
