"Hotel very nice but small rooms. We booked a queen and were upgraded to a king. Bed very comfortable. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Hotel within walking distance to most attractions. Front door to hotel locked after 10pm due to outside area. Security at front door during the day. Lots of homeless people along 3rd ave but they kept to themselves."

"They had only one person at the reception. For a 5 star hotel that's not acceptable. Even 4 star hotels have multiple people at reception to assist their customers. Also they didn't have a trash can in their lobby, or by the valet parking, I had to carry the trash with me to the airport. Won't come to this hotel again."

"Coast Hotel was very nice & currently undergoing some renovations. The room was perfect, comfy bed, & blackout shades which were much appreciated considering I flew in from the East Coast & needed a little extra sleep in the morning. The bar/restaurant was good, had the fish & chips. Can't beat the location, within walking distance of the waterfront. Would definitely stay again if business brings me back to the area."
