"The staff are nice but the staff at the check in desk pretty much scream the information to you. We arrived at 11am which we knew was early so dropped our luggage to be stored. We then arrived back by 4pm and room still not available. But people that arrived after us got rooms. Finally a gentleman helped us get our room."

"The staff were great and the rooms very good. There was only one usable elevator and the second had been out of order for over a month. I don’t recommend the restaurant on property it had nasty wait staff who wanted us to go outside to come in even though there’s a door from the lobby into the restaurant. One of the waitress never brought my change back. I wouldn’t eat there ever again but the hotel is very nice but won’t stay again."
