"It was okay. Better than other cheaper hotels. It was in a fun location. I was not stoked on the $300 security deposit. The hallways were creepy. when you walk in the hotel , it’s dark and creepy."

"I was not fond of the $70 early check in fee when my room was already available. Then said room had a broken thermostat that I couldn't adjust so it just blasted out air (loudly) throughout the night, The $66 per night parking fee seems pretty exorbitant and its valet only. The noise proofing in this hotel could use an overhaul because the music from the Mexican restaurant adjacent to the building could be heard well into the morning. Don't bother upgrading to the 'breakfast package' as it did not look up to par. Several of the pieces of gym equipment were out of order or partially functional. The staff themselves (excluding the rude bar staff) are great and friendly and the price, if you do not check in anytime early or have a car, makes it a viable option as long as you get an ideal room. Overall, when I return next year I think I will just pay extra and book at the J.W. Marriott. Its more expensive but the breakfast is fantastic and the rooms are very nice. Plus the shops in the hotel are quite nice."

"The bed was one of the most comfortable I have had the pleasure to sleep in & I would love to know what pillow brand they use because I would buy them in a heartbeat. The room was spotless. I didn’t come in a car so this wasn’t an issue for me, but the parking is pricey ($60 self park, more for valet). Just a heads up for those planning to stay there."

"Great facilities. We were there during the construction. Our room was facing the construction site and the light shined directly at our room. They moved us to a different location the next day. The fitness room must be a temporary space- very small. However, the service, location, etc, were great. Would return."
