We recently stayed at the SureStay by Best Western in Williams and were very disappointed with our experience. The room itself was in poor condition—the linoleum was buckled in several places, making it easy to trip, and the bedsheet was stained. When my boyfriend went to shower, there was no hot water. When we called the front desk, the attendant argued that there was hot water, but after coming to the room, he acknowledged the problem and returned with a screwdriver to fix it. Breakfast was included, which was fine for those who eat breakfast, but I only drink coffee. Unfortunately, there was no creamer or sugar available, so I had to leave the hotel to buy coffee elsewhere. Overall, the experience was far below what we expected from Best Western, and we hope management takes these issues seriously so future guests have a better stay.

My wife was treated rudely by the staff upon arrival by a female staff member after 5pm. There were some unsafe patrons at the hotel that kept looking at are truck, we were worried it would be broken into but it wasn’t. People were drinking alcohol outside the rooms by us.

It took awhile for anyone to come to the front desk each time I went there for anything. There were only 3 small tables for breakfast seating. Pool was very small, but since I was the only one at it, that wasn't a problem. However, if children had been using it at the same time, that would've been a real concern.

There was mosquitos everywhere ! Spiders and cob webs on every corner. Very inconvenient to get to a hotel you’d like to relax in after driving for hours to not be able to get no sleep because of mosquitos biting and being everywhere. Would give it zero stars if I could Honestly and no refund ??

No better than a Motel 6

I thought this would be a good place because it’s a part of Best Western but NO! The fridge, iron, and hair drier didn’t work. The bed lamp flickered. There were more than 15 mosquitos on the walls and ceilings that kept bothering us. There were gross brown spots on the wall by the sink. Even though we had “do not disturb” on our door, someone was banging on it in the morning. The only good thing I can say is that at least it didn’t appear to have bed bugs.
