Front desk lady was a cop calling racist predjudiced b@#$h. Should not work in customer service. Would not give me room after paying. Made excuses as to why. Had no remedy. Left me without any where to go and had all me money tied up. Over $700 i had to wait several days to get back. She has no consideration for others. Kept some of our property. Huge headache for no reason, maybe cause she didn't like my wheel chair? Said her name was Tina. I feel she was lying. Will never return.
