Family trip to Pigeon Forge

The stay was fantastic. The cabin was everything it stated and more. From the relaxing screened porches to the breath taking views. Loved by all members if the family. And will definitely be back.

The water in the bathtubs gets cold too quickly, the game room does not have a bathroom so you have to go up 2 floors to go to the bathroom.

Just ok

The cabin has potential but needs updating and maintenance driveway is very steep and because of gravel build up our car struggled to get back out we spun our tires. Our biggest problem was beds not made and no linens management responded and offered to have us move to another cabin which ment reloading all our luggage , food etc we opted to stay they came out next day and made beds Cleaning was not completed counters dirty Fireplace did not work. However they came out the next day and fixed it We were offered a partial refund. Which I have not yet seen This seems to be a chronic problem with this property I typically do not read the comments from other travelers. Just go by the star rating but have learned a lesson to read. This property is just ok.

Nice place to stay

Close to the strip but still far enough away to feel some what secluded. The driveway is the worst part, it's straight down. Make sure you bring extra trash bags.

Cabin was very dirty

Roof leaked game tables didn’t work. Had to go but our own ping pong balls. Cobb web’s everywhere. Jacuzzi tubs didn’t work. Cabin was so dusty and we had someone’s nasty socks under the couch. Garbage under all beds. Pool table pockets broken. Outside doors would not stay shut. Driveway sucks. Kitchen cabinets doors loose. Doors broke off coffee table. Hot tub was not at all hot. Kids bunk beds the black cloth under the mattress was pulled apart. Overall experience would never rent from this place again

I was very impressed with Cabin. The only thing I would recommend is to drive a SUV or a Truck. The driveway is very steep.

Lovely Family weekend

We had a fairly simple and clean check-in. When asking a question also got relatively quick responses. My family of 10 adults (17-42) and 2 toddlers had a pleasant and cozy stay with plenty of room! We will be back! Suggestions: updating online photos, add steepness of driveway to description, simple cleaning supplies like brooms and maybe add some sort of "welcome to Teddy Bear...." notebook with tips, tidbits and suggestions like best places to visit, and guests can leave their memories.

Gas fireplace did not work. The dishwasher did not clean, had to do by hand. Only 3 towels for 14 people. House needs to be updated. Would not stay here again.

Not worth the money

The roof In the kitchen started leaking when it was raining. The driveway is steep, I think that it should be mentioned in the details. There was water damage on the ceiling all over and the screens on the porch were messed up and blowing in the wind. Ultimately in my opinion not worth the money. Vacassa the rental company I would recommend stay away completely we had to move to three different cabins because of water leaking inside the kitchen.

Poorly maintained

None of the fireplaces work. Some screens on the porch are busted. Kitchen is poorly appointed - don't plan too much cooking. Light fixtures busted. Just has the look of a place that has gotten the bare minimum care for multiple years running. When we arrived there were multiple bags of trash in the driveway that had been torn open and no one took care of for a full day despite several calls, so they were attacked overnight and nasty filth was covering the whole front.

Nice House! Comfortable beds (king beds). Quiet area. BEAUTIFUL view! Great location, close to area attractions. Driveway: Very steep on both ends. Street parking can fit three vehicles easy. Housekeeping should do better. Downstairs was a mess (food on floor, empty beer bottles). Hot tub:

Family Vacation

The cabin was overall great. The few cons were the fact that the cabin was definitely dusty. Some surface cleaning was done that you can tell but mostly not throughout the entire cabin. You could smell some dust in some rooms especially the downstairs area. I recommend a deep cleaning on the entire cabin even the decks. The screens on the lower deck definitely need attention as the weee coming down and after the rain storm e had they came down even more making it a lot less pleasing to enjoy the lower deck since we had a few wild life visitors that were also interested in our family festivities. Needless to say we didn’t spend a lot of time on the lower deck due to fear from the bears being able to come in. Also the remotes for the TV were very difficult to figure out as to which TV they went to… too many remotes to choose from. My recommendation would be to wait her set up the Roku remotes to respond to each TV or invest in good universal remotes for each TV. Also the surround sound system didn’t work at all. I am a certified engineer and electrician and not even I could figure it out, other than it’s rigged in a way that only the owner would know how to make it work. This probably could have been easily rectified if we have contacted the owner but from previous reviews saying that even after contact the issue still couldn’t be resolved, I elected not to reach out about it since it really didn’t stop anything that we were doing. But would have been a nice addition it would have worked. But we still had other Bluetooth speakers that we also bring on family trips just in cases like this. Also the video game system didn’t have a picture on it just the sound which was a bummer to the kids but they still brought their own game system so not really a big deal. Other than those few issues the cabin was an overall nice adventure. Very easy to get to and really just minutes away from Prkway and all the Hustle and Bustle. But please be aware the there is a steep decline to the driveway of the cabin and a steep incline to get out. So I would surely recommend you have a vehicle with enough power to exit. Just some deep cleaning recommendations throughout the entire cabin overall and some maintenance on the screens, the surround sound system and video game system and tv remotes and this cabin will definitely be back to a top tier contender!

Beware of Teddy Bear Cabin

Was not clean, food on dishes, ice maker didnt work, carpet smells, video game didnt work, driveway is so steep that car scrubbed bottom, when cleaning lasdy came she washed her Mop out in the KITCHEN SINK!! porches was nasty, and you have critters inside the attic running around at night waking you up.

Serene Mountain Escape

The house was a great stay and everything we expected. The location was perfect and extremely close to all the happenings in Pigeon Forge. The beds were comfortable and the crib worked out perfect for our 1yr old. Only minor issues with house - minimal cooking utensils, arcade didn’t work (which was a bummer for the kids), a lot of burnt out/missing light bulbs for some reason, and took hours to figure out which remote went to which tv (recommend labeling them that way tenants know where they belong). Dispute those small issues the trip was a success. We enjoyed watching the rainfall from the hot tub, playing pool and ping pong with the kids, and just enjoying the view in the rocking chair with a glass of wine. Overall it was wonderful!

Family vacation

Renting the property was super easy . Had no issues whatsoever . The cabin was beautiful and the beds are dreamy . We all slept so good at night . The parking was a bit tricky at first since it’s steep to get to the front door but once you do it a couple times you get used to it . Close to everything ! We did pigeon forge and Gatlinburg it was super close . So many fun things to do nearby and the cabin is in the middle of it all. Rent with confidence . We will definitely stay here again . We also were able to order instacart and have it delivered to the cabin . Grocery stores are nearby . The cabin itself was very comfortable. The back balcony could have been a bit cleaner and the ping pong table had layers of dust but all in all it was a great place . We didn’t use the jacuzzi so can’t tell you about that . My kids went on nature walks through the neighborhood and we sat out and looked at the stars many nights . You can see in the distance the lights to Alpine Coaster which is a must do if you love rides . Hope this helps you !

Spacious cabin and mostly clean. Jets on tubs didn’t work , game didn’t work. Overall stay was good.

Overall a good experience. Property management should make sure everything is clean (trash under the bed)and everything works that’s provided.

The great getaway

I normally come to the cabins every year around Veterans Day.I typical try to pick the best cabin for my friends that comes with me every year to celebrate my birthday.The cabin was lovely, beautiful, and the scenery was great overlooking the mountains.I Loved the entertainment it also had for my guests.I would definitely advise anyone who wanted to get away for a great weekend with friends or family to pick this one.The only problem I had was with the parking and the very steep driveway.Well, really not a problem.You're in the mountains silly.🤦
