Cute hotel by the river. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were great. Heated pool was clean and loved the music selections played outside. Fire pit area by the pool and river felt like a whole vibe. Would stay again for sure. Only negative, there was a stain on our sheets on both beds.

The atmosphere was calm and quiet, sitting on the balcony listening to the river pass by was phenomenal. We could see the river just sitting in bed, it was gorgeous. The room was unique--modern but super cozy, very tasteful and calming. This is a great place to go to relax but also be close to the main street in Pigeon Forge. The pool isn't huge but it doesn't get a ton of use and it is warm--perfect! The only thing that was slightly problematic was the water pressure in the room--but with all of the other amazing things about this property, that wouldn't deter me from coming again. It was a great stay!

Absolutely loved staying here. I could have sat outside on the balcony all day and watched the wildlife in the creek. And the views were amazing. Hotel was clean from the pool area to the room. Very well kept, very quiet. One of the best stays in my many travels. I will be staying there again.
