The cabin was beautiful, well maintained, and exceptionally clean. Communication with the owners was prompt, clear, and very professional, which we appreciated. There are a few areas where the experience could be improved. Additional seating would enhance comfort, and the large number of instructional signs and labeled items throughout the home made it somewhat difficult to fully relax and enjoy the space. As constructive feedback, we would gladly pay an increased cleaning fee for services such as putting dishes away and would be comfortable covering the cost of any broken items if needed, rather than having items inventoried or photographed. Additionally, the presence of exterior cameras near the hot tub and outdoor gathering areas made us less inclined to use those amenities. Overall, the home itself is lovely and we had a pleasant weekend; however, we would likely not choose to stay here again in the future. Thank you for the stay.

Easy to get to and from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Cabin is as described. Gameroom was a huge hit with my crew. Beds are very comfortable. There was 8 of us ranging from 18 to 54. All had a great time and will definitely be back.

Julie is an AMAZING host! She was very quick to respond and so helpful! The cabin is Absolutely gorgeous and had everything my family needed. The bedrooms are well insulated and the beds were very comfortable. We truly couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

This was the perfect place for our family! Our 88 year old mother had a comfortable room on the main floor, with a walk in shower. There were so many spaces to enjoy! Coffee every morning on the main deck, pool tournaments and tv in the lower level, an awesome main level for meals and relaxing, and the most comfortable beds for each couple, along with a private bathroom.

Our family of 9 adults and a baby vacationed at Monte Vista the last week of August (2025).The cabin is spacious and nicely decorated and provides all the conveniences of home with the perks of a wrap around porch with swing and an amazing mountain view and a hot tub and games room on the lower level.Each of the 5 bedrooms had an ensuite which was wonderful for our group.There was sufficient parking for three vehicles. Location was private and away from the city bustle but close enough to nearby attractions and restaurants in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg!Communication with Julie was great and she was super friendly and welcoming and answered our questions promptly.We definitely recommend this cabin and would honestly consider a return visit to Monte Vista in the future!

We loved this cabin! It was clean and well stocked. Just off one of the main road outside Pigeon Forge. The view was great. Had a wonderful view of the mountains and did not have to look out at other cabins. The interaction with the host Julie was above expected. She was quick to respond and kept us informed of everything. Would definitely recommend!

This luxury cabin comfortably accommodated 11 people ages 9-71. This place provided inside and outside items for activities for all ages: games, pool table, popcorn maker, hot tub, fire pit, grill, rocking chairs and swing on the decks, etc. No one needs to turn on a TV in this fabulous place! Our family thoroughly enjoyed waking up to the view of the Smoky Mountains every day and relaxing with it in the evenings.The cabin is sparkling clean and very well maintained. This cabin has rustic, woodsy decor blended in with all the modern amenities. It is also close to the major local attractions.Owner Julie communicated with us and answered promptly. No question was too insignificant. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Wonderful vacation

The house was beautiful, very clean, well taken care of. The kitchen had everything we needed in appliances and cookware. The view was spectacular. I loved sitting out on the porch swing in the mornings. The neighborhood was quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Cabin in the Smokeys

The cabin was gorgeous. Well maintained and lots to do. We had one minor issue and the owner had a maintenance man out within two hours. He was extremely friendly and fixed the problem quickly. Would highly recommend this cabin for future stays!

Gorgeous, clean cabin!

Our family fell in love with this cabin! It’s perfectly located outside of the hustle and bustle with a great view. Super clean, very responsive hosts, and extremely spacious. We’ll definitely be staying here again next trip to Gatlinburg!

Beautiful Cabin!

This cabin was everything we wanted for our Christmas vacation! The view was breathtaking; loved the deck with plenty of rockers but the swing was a favorite. As a family of 8-(3 couples, 1 teen and 1 toddler) having 3 levels was a definite plus. We were able to be together in either of the 2 living areas or spread out for a quiet moment alone. The 5 bedrooms all with king size beds and en-suite bathrooms made it easier to choose rooms, no one felt slighted. We were so busy we put off using the fire pit until the last night but unfortunately it rained us out. My granddaughter and I did play in the rocks around the pit earlier in the week, someone may find the initials “T” and “N” made of rocks. Julie is an amazing host, she provides you with all the information you will need to fully enjoy your stay. She was very responsive-before, during and after. We’ve stayed in several VRBOs but this cabin and hosts are tops!
