Welcome to the brand-new Hillside Manor, a luxurious 20-bedroom cabin in the heart of Pigeon Forge that sleeps 54! With excellent views of the surrounding mountains and top-notch amenities, this cabin is the perfect place for your next group getaway or family reunion.

As soon as you enter the cabin, you'll be greeted by a spacious living area with plenty of comfortable seating, a large stone fireplace, and a wall full of windows looking out over the mountains. The fully-equipped kitchen features modern appliances, quartz countertops, and everything you'll need to prepare delicious meals for your group. Just off the kitchen is an indoor pool room, that also leads out to the sprawling deck with a hot tub, grill and outdoor dining area.

One of the largest cabins in the area, Hillside Manor features 20 beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and flat-screen TV! 18 of the bedrooms are king suites and there are 2 bunkrooms with 2 queen bunk beds each, as well as a queen pullout sofa in the game room on the second floor.

Cabin worked great for our large group, gave everyone their own space and large area to gather. Could use some more platters and bowls due to the large group being there but they did have a lot. Had a few issues in beginning but they communicated well and took care of it.

Our stay was impacted by several issues.

While the home’s aesthetics were beautiful and the views were breathtaking, our stay was impacted by several issues we encountered with lighting inconveniences, and unavailable amenities during our stay. Upon arrival on Friday, April 4th, we discovered that two rooms, the theater, and the game room, were unusable due to a lack of lighting. Although someone was sent to investigate, the attempts to address the issue were unsuccessful, with the lights only remaining on for a few minutes, and the electrician’s arrival was delayed until the last night of our stay. Consequently, the guests occupying those rooms had to navigate their spaces using the flashlight from their cell phones. Unfortunately, none of my guests were able to utilize the theater room, which prevented us from hosting a movie night as planned. Furthermore, when lighting was restored to the game room, we found that the basketball game was unusable due to a broken hoop. Additionally, guests on the 4th floor experienced water damage with two separate ceiling leaks causing wet floors on the morning of April 7th. Requesting assistance has been a cumbersome process, involving several emails, text messages, and extended calls to the emergency number, property manager, and the host. We were informed that we would receive a response within 48 hours after our departure. Regrettably, I believe that these inconveniences detracted from the overall experience, leaving my guests without treasured memories.

We loved the place great view of the Smoky Mountains and very beautiful. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. All the bed's were very comfortable. The only problem we had was in the living room there is a carpet that just sheds too much. Doesn’t matter how much you sweep it just every where. There was also so many stink bugs throughout the house. Even crawling on you at night. Those bugs were bad when we got there but cleared up about the 3rd day. But other that I loved it and my family loved it.We had so much fun.

Stay for our wedding

We used this property for our wedding party, family, and friends on the weekend of our wedding! This host was fantastic and the house was perfect! It was the perfect amount of space for all of us so that we could spend time together without feeling like we were all on top of one another. We would definitely love to come back and use this location in the future for trips with our friends when we all have kids. 10/10 would recommend!

Perfect special getaway

The cabin was everything we wanted and more! We had our wedding here and had plenty of room for our family and friends to relax, play, and spend time together. Everyone loved the pool, hot tub, arcade and movie theater. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are nice. The kitchen was great, the space and the dual ovens/fridges/dishwashers were so helpful as we made sure everyone was fed. The host was very responsive when we had questions, answering quickly and kindly. We absolutely loved this cabin and it is now a dream to return to it one day!

Overall the house was amazing and we had a great time. The game rooms were awesome as well as the pool for everyone. The views were beautiful! Every bedroom had everything we needed. The beds and bathrooms were all clean with exception of the floors. The hard woods left our socks or bare feet very dirty. The other snag was there was not enough pots and pans for a large group to cook. We made due. We also did not have a mid week trash pick up which was in the contract but again we figured it out. Great place for a large group! We would rent again.

Great Time!

We had a great family extended weekend. Great room was perfect for activities and meals. Kids loved the pool, theater and arcade games. Every bedroom had its own bathroom which was fantastic! Beautiful views! Kitchen had enough plates & glasses; would be difficult to prep meals for a full house with the pots, pans and utensils onsite, so bring what you need to prepare meals.

Hillside Manor Staff Retreat

Overall our stay was good. The house is beautiful, with lovely views and plenty of room. Comfortable beds, each bedroom has its own bathroom. The only "negative" we experienced was that the pool and hot tub were not working during our stay, which is why we removed one star. We did reach out to the property management company soon after arriving once we noticed the HT & pool weren't functional. They sent someone to fix, but unfortunately, the maintenance person arrived on the last night of our 4 night stay. Our hosts did issue a $500 refund and sent their apologies for the lack of these amenities. Besides this inconvenience, we had a nice time and would recommend.

The house is beautiful, the host is very responsive. We found a couple linens very dirty on a couple of beds, they assured us they had been washed, once we sent pictures to show them the sheets, they sent someone the next morning to replace all covers on all beds, i was grateful for the prompt response, we will be back.

Great place with some minor issues

Overall we were extremely pleased with the house. Extremely clean, comfortable, and plenty of space for a big group. Had some issues with the pool heater, one dishwasher, and one AC unit not working.
