The open concept living area features a dual-sided gas fireplace, large smart TV, and expansive windows that frame the scenic lake views, bringing nature's beauty right into the heart of the home. The main living area is connected to an all-weather sunroom hosting a fan, gas fireplace, another TV, and several comfortable seating areas including a table that seats eight (8) so everyone can enjoy the outdoor space on both the warmest summer days and coolest fall nights.

The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the necessary cookware and utensils. Whether you’re preparing a quick snack or family feast, you’ll find everything you need – dual ovens with a warmer, gas range, ice maker, beverage cooler, dual refrigerators and dishwashers, wine cooler, coffee bar with both ground and K-cup options, and more. The terrace level has another junior master with a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and walk-in shower. On the opposite side of the terrace level floor, one (1) bedroom with king bed; other with two (2) queen beds sharing a Jack & Jill bathroom with a tub.

Outdoor Space:
Spend your days soaking up the sun on the private 1000 square foot dock complete with a stair step-style ladder for ease of entry and exit into the lake. If you bring a boat, the dock includes a single covered boat slip with the option to tie up two (2) additional boats on either side. Located on a quiet, low traffic cove, the tranquil lake setting provides endless opportunities for swimming, fishing, and water sports in the 12-15 feet of clear water at the dock. The home has plenty of vehicle and boat trailer parking.

Cornhole boards are there for use. Two (2) kayaks and one (1) paddleboard are also available for guest enjoyment - please wear required life jackets.
