DETAILS:
Experience coastal luxury at its finest upon entering 157 Sunflower Street located in the Crossing District of WaterColor. This impeccable custom built home features 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, and spacious accommodations for 12 guests. Bright and airy interiors combined with luxurious furnishings make this designer home the ultimate gulf coast getaway. A spacious, open-concept floor plan lends a wonderful flow to the first level and joins the kitchen, dining, and living area. Located on the main floor is the stunning primary suite featuring a king bed and en suite bathroom with shower and soaking tub. A laundry room and half bath are also located on the first floor.

Strolling up the staircase to the second floor you will find an additional living space featuring a sectional sofa, flat screen television and gorgeous chandelier to add to the ambience. The first two bedrooms on the second floor are king bed guest rooms each with a private bathroom. Guests can also choose from two additional bedrooms, each hosting a queen bed with a private bathroom and access to the private balcony. For guests seeking ultra-private accommodations, the carriage house provides the perfect space. Relaxation

Really needed a week to unwind from life. Family has been dealing with a lot of personal family crisis issues and this place hit the spot!!! Super relaxing and very convenient location! Took golf cart everywhere. Beach was amazing minus the red flags! Restaurants great! All the amenities this place offers was superb! Will definitely come back.
