The space
Our 1200 square foot single floor 3 bedroom home is just the place for you to relax and unwind with your group.

The living room and dining room are connected to the kitchen and provide ample space for relaxing and dining. Books, puzzles, and games are located in the bookshelf cabinet in the dining room. We have wireless/plug-in charging stations in the living room and primary bedroom

The fully equipped modern kitchen has a gas stove and matching stainless steel refrigerator and an ultra-quiet dishwasher. We also provide cooking spices as well as complimentary coffee and tea.

The fully stocked laundry room has a front-loading washer and dryer. We also provide an iron and a small ironing board so that you're prepared to look your best for a special occasion.

The two bedrooms with only one bed have wall-mounted Roku TVs and there is also another one in the living room. Both bathrooms have full bathtubs with rainfall shower heads. We provide a hairdryer for our guests located in the central hallway closet.
The queen bedroom also has a charging outlet in each of the bedside lamps so that you can easily maintain a charge on all of your devices during your stay.
Sunlight brightens our house during the day and all of the bedrooms have room darkening shades for those who prefer to sleep in.

Be sure to take advantage of our fully fenced backyard, grill, and deck space. In the spring and summer, we keep hummingbird feeders fresh for our flying friends who have come back to visit us year after year. They're especially active in the morning and at dusk. In the fall and winter, we have several families of deer who use the treelined path behind our house. You can catch a glimpse of them in our front yard or behind the deer fence in the back.
There are several parks and playgrounds just a short walk or drive away if you're traveling with children.

We keep bedrails in the twin bedroom closet and a white noise machine and pack n play with sheets in the primary bedroom closet. Let us know if you would like the high chair set out for infants and toddlers.

Downtown Raleigh and all of its museums, dining, and nightlife are a short drive or uber ride from our peaceful neighborhood. Please don't hesitate to reach out for suggestions and recommendations. We love hosting and getting the chance to share the excitement of a trip to Raleigh with our guests.

Off street parking is provided. There is a private driveway for you to use. You can also enjoy all parts of our yard and feel free to make yourself at home.
