"Our entire group of girls had an amazing time at Viva Heavens. The staff were extremely welcoming and made our stay so much better. The food was also good for an all-inclusive. We couldn’t have asked for a better time. Even some of the entertainment employees became our friends. We also went during the “off-season” so the hotel was a bit quieter but we didn’t mind that at all since the employees still made it enjoyable. The cleaning service was also very good and always catered to our needs. Very good stay and would come back again. :))"

My ID says Laurence and they would not let me check in, although I had already paid for the rooms. After 90 minutes I was able to contact Hotels.com through their online chat and get them to change the name on the reservation and we were allowed to check in. Make sure your reservation matches your ID. Other than that, our stay was delightful. "
