"I was splendidly pleased with my 3 night stay Sat-Tue in June 2026. I admittedly came in without looking to munch into this place, we were going to stay in SJ but the water situation was unreliable at the time so I switched... Boy am I glad! I saw that it was good for families and couples so I took my 10 year old and it was fantastic. I was born in PR and always wanted my daughter to see cobitos in the wild and they had little baby hermit crabs everywhere!! We saw sand and rock carbs and fish at the beach that swam right up next to us. The main pool was spacious it didn't feel crowded at all and most people started to clear out after 6pm.. it was lovely seeing weddings too very romantic to witness. We ate at the steak house that was amazing also (ty Thais). My only criticism is getting rides back to the room from the pool. They need a phone there for guest to call would be my suggestion. But the lobby guys upfront made up for it in strides, They were so good with the kiddo every time we needed a ride (ty Edwin and Crew). One last thing that made this over the top was that I needed a microwave and I called the operator and the hotel brought me one. My kid has RFID and eats like 7 things one of which is precooked bacon and the fact that they had microwaves for such occasions was incredible. Housekeeping and the operators were exceptionally attentive and so nice!! I hope it's like this every time because I'm recommending this to friends in Utah and you to go!"
