Lots of Mosuitoes! Bring repellent. $26 in gift shop. Loud music at pool (blasting almost everywhere) - bring earplugs if you like to sleep before midnight. Beach was really nice - water (Sargassum) was not. Food is hit or miss. Mediterranean restaurant = meh. Teppanyaki was great. Japanese ala carte was great. Italian was great. Buffet was mostly ok - get a fresh omelette instead of the dried out and cold eggs. Bacon sucked. Breads fantastic. Deli meats and cheeses were goodish. Sports bar service was fantastic, food not so much. Stay away from the timeshare lice salesmen - who hover around the buffet entrance and lobby ALL DAY. Had a nice time with family. Kids options not great - but kids pools were nice. Whistle guy at slide goes all day. Adult pools nice too. Bar service is always superb. Bring lots of single dollars and tip lightly. Always appreciated. Always pushing their timeshare, "Preferred", and "EXPAND" club. Don't waste your money or time on this. Main porter (tall, black tight curls on top of his head) - is crooked - and was part of extortion attempt. I'm sure this is business as usual for this shady staff member. Housekeeping was amazing! Room service was good. Free use of kayaks and paddleboards. Although so much sargassum, a good option to get past some of it. Price was just right for this resort. Have FUN!

had an amazing experience at this resort! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The service was consistent throughout my stay—whether it was at the front desk, housekeeping, or the restaurants, everyone went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. The team was always friendly, quick to assist, and made me feel truly valued as a guest. Not only was the service excellent, but everything ran smoothly and felt very well organized. I appreciated how professional yet personal the staff interactions were. It made my vacation feel stress-free and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for great hospitality and top-notch service. I can’t wait to come back!

If I could give this place a negative star, I would. The entire experience was terrible. The food was disgusting, and the only decent thing was the hibachi dinner. The sheets in the room were filthy, full of holes, and the resort clearly has an ant problem. On top of that, there’s a huge seaweed issue, which made the whole place stink and impossible to get fresh air. The resort itself is tiny, with only two pool areas, and the beach was unusable because of the foul smell and seaweed. The first room we had with the pool was even worse—it had flies everywhere and mold all over, like it had never been cleaned or used in ages. They moved us to another room, but that’s where the harassment started. For the entire 5 days, one older Hispanic lady kept complaining about us, saying we were loud, even though we weren’t. All we were doing was playing some music and having normal conversations, yet security kept bothering us. Clearly, the walls are paper-thin, because you can hear everything. To make matters worse, the employees were rude and refused to even offer a partial refund. This resort is a complete disappointment—absolutely not worth your money. DO NOT GO HERE!!! DONT LET TIKTOK FOOL YOU!!!

Property needs to clean the outside of the buildings. They are moldy. The bathrooms need to be looked at too. The sink faucet are rusted, the door to the toilet will not lock. Other than that everything was great. The food and staff were excellent.

The resort aesthetic was very welcoming. However, the constant nagging and sell tactics were extremely annoying. I was never able to walk the lobby or resort without being approached by a salesperson. The suite was surface level cleaned and needs to be deep cleaned. The bed was comfortable. The food was terrible. Everything shuts down at 7. I wouldn't recommend.

Staff is very rude and unhelpful. Even with tips very little is done. Room is not clean and furniture was damaged. Towels smell bad no matter how many times they are replaced. Room did not even include three towels for three people. Service was very slow when we requested a new towel, 45 minutes to get a new towel. Staff is sarcastic and does not help. When we checked in we were not given any information about where our room was, where any amenities were or even where we could find food. All staff were quite unhelpful. People are constantly harassing you about excursions and trying to con you into things you don’t want to buy. They never take no for an answer and completely ruined the peace and quiet we wanted from our vacation. Also scammed us into a « welcome » breakfast which was basically just a sales pitch to buy a hotel membership. We spent two hours explaining to them that we’re not interested and were basically held hostage until they finally let us go. The food was the only good thing but the staff in the buffet were also extremely slow and some were rude.
