Property needs a lot of work. Staff for the most part is good, front desk is terrible, entertainment team did their job, shows outdated, common areas furniture ripped and dirty,not helpful, many pools, food mediocre, a lot of flies all over the food, excessive amount of seaweed. Wifi very spoty, "all inclusive" but you have to pay for beds by the pool. Smell of sewage around the pools

The worst hotel ever. Terrible service. We end up with no water in the room. Poorly maintained. Terrible smell. We had to change hotels the third day

The property was designed for entertainment and easy flow. The restaurants great. However, i do think the staff could learn a little more english to cater to the international clientelle

Serenade is very much worth the price you pay, vibes are great all around the hotel service is wonderful. This is my second time at the serenade and I will say my first time I found it to be annoying with people walking around trying to sell you on excursions but this time around they have just one place you can go on the main pool level which definitely makes it less invasive! Would definitely go back! Staff and property is definitely worth the price you pay

Beautiful resort, grounds are kept nice, and rooms are nice. Staff was not friendly, little variety of foods and quality was poor, little to no activities. I had a room with a jacuzzi and only half of the jets worked, called front desk and after a hour wait maintenance did come but wasn’t able to fix it. They wanted to move us to another room but after being settled in that room for a few days we didn’t want to move. We asked could we be compensated in some other way and they said, no. I would not go back to this resort.

Rooms were very clean and Ac was nice after a long day in the sun the mini bar was filled daily and the concordance of room service was perfect. 10/10 would absolutely return to this resort. Oh and the spa gave a very nice massage, the food was good and had a great selection!
