This is the best hotel I ever been to. The hotel is beautiful, modern , clean the room are spacious, pools, restaurants, food was delicious. The only complain is the screen at the theater has to be fixed other than everything else was perfect.

Let me start by saying the staff was friendly and wonderful. Guest services was not as great and not helpful to problems that arose. My AC was out 4 days of my stay before they assisted and attempted to fix the problem. I was offered another room, but declined because it was ultimately a downgrade I was told management would be in touch with me to offer me some kind of compensation, it’s been a few weeks and everyone stopped following up with me and no compensation was given. The professionalism at guest services and the reception area was poor, and the lack of communicating was even worse. I would have given a good review and recommended the serenade, however after paying full price for a non-functioning room with no compensation or communication to make things right I would recommend Not booking here. The elevators were also down several times throughout several days in several different buildings, making it difficult for anyone with the disability.

Was fairly good minus house keeping ang speed of service. Had to call multiple times to get room cleaned on same day. Tried to call reception from room but no one answered. Upon arrival we were greated by staff which was nice. Were wete introduced to a staff member who showed us around. We were asked to meet him in the moring for a care/welcome package. We did but there was no package it was only upon going to breakfast with the prerrered guest representative and taking an hour to try and sell you on upgrading to gold bracelet. I was not inpressed and refused. The next day when looking for a specific spot in the resort the staff member I spoke to told me what I was looking for was for preferred members only and that we must be the Canada couple that "let her boss down". I understand that people want to make extra money but if Im going on a vacation it is for rest and relaxation. I do not want to be guilted into doing things I do not want to do or bombared with sales reps at the resort. Also a suggedtion is to get the screen in the theater fixed or replaced as it really makes the resort lose some of its luster. In saying that, the trip and resort was great. My partner celebrated his birthday and the hotel provided a birthday cake and a birthday banner to the room free of charge which I though was amazing and very kind.

We stayed at Serenade Punta Cana from Oct 14–21 in a swim-out suite with our 6-year-old daughter and really enjoyed our stay overall. Check-in with Gabriel was great and Maria was wonderful booking our à la cartes. The only disappointment at arrival was that no one offered to help with our luggage. Our room in building 3 was clean, cool, and comfortable. Yes, some minor wear and tear (a few stains, lampshades needing TLC), but it didn’t affect our stay. Rosa, our housekeeper, was lovely and always made sure we had plenty of towels. The pull-out couch for our daughter was surprisingly comfy. The grounds and pools are beautiful and well-kept. The beach is stunning—there’s some seaweed in the water making it murky at times, but it’s cleaned daily, and the barrier keeps the waves calm, perfect for kids. Food was very good with lots of variety. Every à la carte was excellent (the pizza at the Italian restaurant is a must-try!). Buffet could offer a few more kid options. The Serene Spa is fantastic—Yafreisy gives amazing massages. The only downside was entertainment: most shows start at 9:30 pm, which is too late for families with young kids. This resort is clean, modern, and relaxing, with friendly staff and good food. It’s just missing a few luxury touches like welcome drinks, consistent luggage service, and an actual app to utilize (there is a website). Still, a great family resort that I’d rate about a 3.75/5.

Room was very spacious for us. They upgrade room to suite. We booked adult only resort however Expedia made a mistake and booked us for family resort!! There were lots children were there, we try to get away to relax and retreats ourselves. It was little hard to relax when these children running around and screaming.
