Excellent resort. Food was better than average in the DR. Wait staff was very friendly. Jose and Hector at pool bar close to beach were awesome! Fun shows. Great choice of restaurants with good service. Lobby bar service was excellent as well as service personnel waiting on everyone sitting in lobby. As usual at all-inclusive resorts, sales people pressure you to buy premium service. They were pushy but not obnoxious like we have experienced at other places like Catalonia. Very nice vacation. Did not skimp on drinks. Beach was full of saugassum, but not not resorts fault. They were out cleaning every day. Minus seaweed beach was nice with lots of chairs and palm trees for shade. Beds were very comfortable and clean.

Me gustó la amabilidad del personal . El lugar está muy bonito y tranquilo. Lastima no se pudo disfrutar las playas porque estaba colada de algas pero eso es culpa de la naturaleza. Lo que dijo no me gustó y eso si es culpa de los dirigentes que quieren ahorrar electricidad y en los restaurantes hacia demasiado calor . Te quitaban las ganadores de comer . Era insoportable . Los ventiladores tampoco los encendian a todos . En el teatro fue imposible entrar por el gran calor . Una de las empleadas nos dijo que el nuevo director queria economizar energia . En la habitacion por la noche se apagaba el aire . Y una noches fuimos a coco bongo y cuando volvimos parecía un hotel fantasma estaba completamente oscuro porque ya eran las 2 am . Primera vez en mi vida que veo eso . Un hotel que apaga absolutamente todas las luces

Nice hotel, nice rooms. Beautiful landscape. The front desk staff is friendly The service in the cafeteria is excellent. bars services is also excellent, the service is in the buffet-is not very friendly. Good breakfast buffet, The food for dinner in the restaurants and buffets is poor , It was frustrating that we could not enter into the beach because it was full of seaweed I would suggest a better transportation inside of the hotel since the distance between designated restaurant and buffet are very apart. From the lobby to the beach takes from 10 to 20 minutes walk and you need to do that at least two or three times a day.

Our stay at this resort was truly enjoyable. My family and I had a wonderful time from start to finish. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and family-friendly. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and we appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided. We especially enjoyed the pool area and the variety of activities available for both kids and adults. The dining options were also excellent — great food with plenty of choices for everyone. The location was beautiful and convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. We liked everything about our stay and would absolutely recommend this resort to other families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway.
