Very nice location - staff was very personable and attentive. Lots of shows and activities. The hotel was just right - not too busy and an older crowd - led to relaxation.

Pretty decent resort if you’re looking for a more budget friendly option. The swim up pools are clean and the grounds are usually well kept. I enjoyed most of the food options and had an overall pleasant experience.

It’s a beautiful place but need some maintaining. The theater shows are ok but her back screen is damage and ruins the experience. Bartenders ( girls) pool area aren’t friendly. Buffet is good, we didn’t have q good experience with the Peruvian restaurant. Entertainment staff are good. Pool and rooms clean.

Where do I start, I came with my entire family and the first day, my grandmothers room shower handle broke, didn’t have running hot water, nor did the front door close. Our telephone in our room did not work so any problem that arose, we have to physically walk to the lobby. Our first dinner at Hibachi was disappointing to say the least. We were not offered the same experience as the tables in front and behind us. We ended up eating at the buffet the rest of our stay after the first night because that is where the service and the people were the nicest and very attentive. Shoutout to PEDRO at the buffet and NANCY at the sports bar for being ones of the few persons that treated us well and we expected more from others at the facility. The pool activities were lacking and did not provide an inclusive environment. The entertainment portion needed serious work. We also had a lost item that we tried calling Serenade about but again, their phone system does not go through. We filled out a report with phone numbers and emails. Currently still have not heard back from them whether they found it or not. This type of treatment is unacceptable. We stayed for 5 days total and overall, the staff were not accommodating whatsoever. It was quite disappointing and unfortunate. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

I did not like the presentation of the vacation club, too long and would not take “ I am not able to add another expense in my budget right now” as a straight no, they kept pushing

Property itself was ok. Food wasn’t the greatest in buffet. Pretty much the same every night. The area outside of property was dirty and mostly shops abondoned Roads were flooded from rain so hard to walk around. It’s unfortunate of the sargassum on beach. Of course not hotels fault. They did best they could to clean up

The stay was great, some employees are nice and go above and beyond to make the experience better. I like the way rooms are cleaned, very detailed, they broom and mop the floors even clean the balconies. When some other places do the minimum. Entertainment was good. My gf and I like most of the food from the restaurants, the meat was always on point. Downside is the beach not the best if you come during sargazo season. Our stay was pleasant.
