Staff and property was great. Enjoyed it. However the buffet restaurant the food was cold. To catch the food hot, you must arrived once it opens, if you arrive around 9am, it’s cold. Omelette are great cause it’s cooked in front of you. À la cart. Restaurants are good. Overall, the property 4 stars. For the value.

Housekeeping 4/10 everyday they clean but dont replace towels The safe box in room didnt work i called 4 times no one could fixed it Restaurants dont even bother to go buffet is the best option Service at the pool is horrible only 1 person on a big pool to take your order No music in the pool you feel like your in the library The staff 30 % are really good but majority is like they dont even want to work and some are rude I have a 3 year old that sometimes dont want to eat at the time we eat and im not allowed to take a plate of pasta to the room for when he wants to eat The shows at night time 4/10 We have been coming to punta cana for more than 10 years we stayed at occidental/ barcelo / dreams / riu this are really good resorts but Serenade Punta Cana is the worst hotel resort we had been so far plus you dial the reception number no one answers the phone you go there to ask why they dont answer they said keeping calling because we're busy plus the want to charge you for extra stuff everywere. Worst experience ever definitely not a 4 star hotel maximum 2.5

We had a wonderful experience at Serenade Punta Cana. The resort was spotlessly clean, the staff were incredibly courteous, and the amenities were top-notch. Everything was seamless from start to finish. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

PLEASE READ: AVOID *** XPAND Members Club - it is a SCAM. They intruded on our fist morning breakfast, sat a representative down with us, dragged us around the resort, followed by a final stop in an office. This is the scam part. They don’t even give you the chance to think over it, they required an answer right there in the moment. Come to find out, anytime you call to book, they never answer or find you something as they mentioned. It is NOT completely all inclusive. There are packages after arriving they inform you of. This is never mentioned during booking. Initially, I assumed I would get anything at the bar (Jack Daniel’s specific) however that is a premium option and requires another package called “preferred” which cost more per person per day. There is another higher package called signature. The jacuzzi we paid extra for didn’t work. The safe inside our room didn’t work. The food is pretty bad. The room service only lasts until 9pm. There is NO casino, yet they advertise they have one. I gave them a 3 at the end because the beach was nice, the room was nice, the people were nice and it was cleaner than other resorts. Unlikely I will return.

The pools were great and staff was super helpful! The buffet great options and never got a bad belly from anything! I would recommend for a family or adult trip!

The facilities were spectacular, the beach was exceptionally clean, entertainment was fabulous! Would defiantly recommend to enjoy their stay at Serenade. The Spa would need to adjust their prices to a more reasonable rates. Spa is definitely overcharging for their facilities use, and their massages. Facilities use as $60!! should be more like $25-$35. Massages were $199 p/p. should be more in rage of $100-150. I could have used less in "selling" from the hotel staff on the excursions.
