The room was clean, and the outdoor area was tidy and well organized. The only reason I didn’t rate it higher than 3 stars is that some of the staff weren’t as friendly as I expected. It might have been a language barrier, but a few staff members came across as a bit rude or had an attitude.

I can only say good things about the resort. The staff are very nice, respectable, and provide great service. The beautiful beach is right by the resort and the pools and rooms are extremely clean. I would like to personally thank Yulissa Castro (the recepsonist) who welcomed us with champagne and explained everything.

Beautiful resort! Beach area was beautiful lots of palm trees pools were very nice! Communication was not the best didn’t realize there was an app of the property until 3 days in which would have been so helpful for room service and amenities! Didn’t know you needed to get towel card from the front desk until we walked all the way to towel place and had to walk all the way back to check in (felt like this should have been given when we checked in or at least told us)! Food was typical we found that service was better at the family side vs the adult side, staff was more friendly and attentive but over all a great get away!!

Besides getting food poisoning and being sick two days of the trip and vomiting all the way home to Vancouver, Washington, which was a nightmare. Air conditioning broke in sports bar has been for a while. Every time they come to clean your room you have to ask for towels or just to get them to come clean your room go for breakfast. They don’t come ask you if you want a coffee or a drink because nobody speaks English my room was nice. Air conditioning was great. The grounds were clean just a very boring place so and the beach was not a Caribbean water beauty that you expect.

The pool was always clean and accessible. Drinks were made promptly. Most staff were nice others weren’t. Room was overall clean but sheets were not changed my whole week there which was annoying. Overall good facilities.
