La peor decisión y experiencia que pudimos haber tenido en este hotel. *Los $500 de crédito, no te los dan cómo en otros hoteles para que puedas usarlos en lo que desees cómo en otros hoteles. *Mayor parte del Staff del hotel, están pocos capacitados para trabajar en “hotel 5 estrellas” son súper odiosos y incompetentes. No hay amabilidad, no hay cortesía. *Carnes y mariscos mal cocinados. *Hay cucarachas en los cuartos. *No hay entretenimiento o actividades. *Mala coordinación y mala comunicación entre ellos. *Habitaciones en mal estado. 2 noches dormirmos con algunas luces encendidas por qué el switch no funcionaba y no se podían apagar y 1 noche dormimos sin aire acondicionado porque se fue la energía eléctrica. *Y la cereza del pastel, nos robaron dinero de mi bolso cuando entraron a limpiar la habitación. No solo a nosotros nos pasó, en ese momento que estaban haciendo el reporte, también había otro robo en otra habitación. Pensábamos que solo éramos nosotros de la Mala experiencia o la “mala suerte” pero no, habían más casos similares a los de nosotros, muchos huéspedes descontentos y con problemas con el staff y así mismo con las habitaciones. Tuvimos 2 veces reunión con el “Director General” Ernest Andrades, lo cual al final no sirvió de nada, el resort y la estadía seguía siendo un caos total. Piénsalo 2, 3 , 4 veces en quedarte en este Resort. Hay otros Resort muchos más económicos que este donde puedes tener una estadía placentera y ahorrarte mala exper

The staff was incredibly welcoming and very helpful, always going above and beyond when we needed assistance. We wish the pool was a bit warmer for our preference. The resort was beautiful with many amenities.

I had two rooms booked under my name. Room #1 where my husband and I stayed was great as were the cleaning staff. My daughter and her friend's room had an issue with the door. The frame was broken, so the door would not close. Also, my daughter was stuck in the elevator for 15 minutes - she suffers from anxiety and ended up having a panic attack while she was in there. We were not pleased with the food overall - I got food poisoning on January 1st which was very disappointing.

The staff was extremely unwelcoming towards us. The food was old both my fiancé and I got food poisoning. We noticed that whatever wasn’t finished or eaten would be served again the following night. This was for the buffet. The restaurants that we did book were overcrowded with only two people working so the wait time was long. Everyone working looked upset and then treated you like you were bothering them when you asked for something. We got harassed to attend a 60 minute tour of the other facility (family side of the resort) that included “no commitments and free gifts”. By some guy who worked for Xpand. The one reason we signed up was because the guy kept pressuring us. We ended up canceling the next day due to the food poisoning and when this man saw us he came up to us aggressively and yelling why we cancelled. Then kept implying but I already signed you up and told you you’re getting gifts. Why didn’t we tell him we were sick sooner but we got sick that night. Plus we didn’t want the gifts, we didn’t even want to go, we were just trying to be nice.Then again he did say no commitments so then we didn’t understand the aggression. He also had given us some free gifts the day before and when we told him if you want them back we can give them back he said no it’s okay. ( we gave the gifts back when we left we didn’t want anything) He also assumed we were Mexican which was offensive because if you want to know our ethnicity just ask us don’t assume.

The resort itself is very clean and well maintained, which we appreciated. However, our experience on the adults-only side was disappointing due to poor service. The waitstaff often had an unwelcoming attitude, and service overall felt slow and inattentive. The food was average nothing memorable or standout. One of the biggest issues was at the steakhouse, where we had an 8:00 PM reservation but still waited over an hour to be seated, which was very frustrating and the service after being seating was slow and horrible. Overall, while the property is clean, the service and dining experience, especially on the adult side, did not meet expectations and took away from what could have been a much better stay.
