Beautiful view of the ocean, scenery is nice. Buildings could be more clean, the buildings had water stains and made the property look old. I stayed here two years ago and the service was great. So I rebooked but this time the customer service was almost non existent, especially in the buffet areas. I literally got to the point where I was going to the servers area to get myself salt and pepper. One meal myself and another couple went the entire meal without even having a drink. I seen a roach on the table on the family side, there are no hand sanitizer stations. The food was terrible this visit. The steakhouse had good steak. I purchased the lobster and was absolutely disappointed. Took two bites and couldn’t eat anymore. The texture was mushy. I was really taken back by the lack of willingness to provide customer service. I had a butter and he was absolutely no help at all. Asked him where I could get a magnetic charger and his response was just the store. So i visited both gift shops to find a charger that typically costs 30 dollars but here it was 130. Getting drinks while on the beach is not realistic. I tipped every time I sat down for a meal or ordered a drink even when no one offered any help with anything. I requested extra face towels on a Thursday and my butter asked me on Saturday if I still needed the extra face towels. Very disappointed with this visit and more than likely will not return or recommend.
