The room was cleaned, however the restroom ..... Also, not every visitor loves such a loud music most of the days. I strongly believe there was more pepole hoping for a more quiet time to spend by the pools, to relax and rejuvenate before come back to a today's noisy world. Food and restaurants are great, especialy Koi :-)

My stay at this resort serenade in Punta Cana was very disappointing. I had several issues in my room and no one ever responded or helped. The service in the restaurants was extremely bad, slow, and unprofessional. During our stay, $300 in cash, my entire wallet with all my cards , and my girlfriend shoes went missing from the room. The only positive part was the receptionist. Everything else was unacceptable. I do not recommend this resort. We will never be back again! NOT RECOMMENDED

The resort was nice, clean, and well maintained, which made our stay comfortable overall. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance, which we really appreciated. However, the food experience was mixed. While the restaurant meals were great and well prepared, the buffet food could definitely be improved. Much of it didn’t seem very fresh and some items were quite dry, which was disappointing. The most important and memorable part of our stay was actually the cats roaming around the resort. They truly added charm to the place, and many tourists clearly love seeing them. That said, the hotel really should take better care of these pets by providing proper food and water. Showing care for the animals would not only improve their well-being but would also give the resort more recognition and attract even more guests who value animal-friendly environments.

It was a very enjoyable vacation. Clean rooms, good food and best of all was the staff. From Melvin at check-in to Pebble at the buffet desk to our waitress Lydia to the pool activity staff Nutella, sharky and bon bon and especially Rico or favorite bartender. They all made our stay over the top. We would definitely go back here. If I could make two suggestions, it is the reservation system for the specialty restaurants. It was very difficult to navigate and my daughter is a vegetarian, so little to no protein options at the restaurants. Even the beans served at the buffet had meat in them😢

We have been going to Punta Cana for the past 4 years and this was the best resort we have stayed. This was a newer resort and the rooms were amazing with lots of room and comfort. The staff was very friendly and the food was incredible! Would definitely come back again.
