Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
They treated us without respect , we arrived before 3:pm and they told me to come back at 3:30pm
I went back at 3:40 Pm and then they told me only one room was available out of 5 we booked and so we had to wait until 5pm they finally gave us the rooms. We were happy after waiting a long time, but the rooms ended up being uncleaned(Terrible) and had no towels ,I requested to change my sons room because the bathroom had mold in it and the ceiling was unsafe looked like it was falling apart, they changed my sons room for a better one but we still had no towels until they dropped them off after 11:pm!
The first day wasted, we reserved 3days and 2 nights ,and my brother his wife and my husband left the next day unhappy.
They were trying to help us because I told them that I was ready to contact Travelocity, and so they changed all room for better ones, but super late the next day. My children decided to stay just to go to the beach the food was also terrible , if you want something better to eat you have to make a reservation but the time for reservation are until 11am and they don't tell you before , waste of money and time for me. It was a discrimination because we are Dominican, they told us not refunds, I told them I just want a clean room,
