This villa features an outdoor pool and a hot tub. Limo/town car service, a garden, and concierge services are also on offer.
The host was incredibly helpful and we appreciated the daily housekeeping and pool maintenance. The location was excellent and we felt very safe. Extremely comfortable and would return.

The front desk staff is mean, unhelpful and dismissive. The rest of the staff is lovely. The rooms have a smell of mold or some other unpleasant smell. I nearly got asthma after two nights. I would not return due to management/front desk staff and the mold/odor situation.

This resort only the pool club and food is good. Staff is ok. But I made a reservation with a king size bed and got a room with two full size beds when it was only me and my husband. Also the bar is too far from the pool. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

All of the above are true. The staff is amazing, especially Eduardo, the coffee guy. He deserves a raise. My room was clean, modern and bright. Loved the tall ceilings and big balcony. The resort is nice and intimate. I would recommend this resort to my friends.
