Staff was not very friendly or health care. The front desk lady actually told me that they would not have an elevator and I would have to use the stairs. Even when I told her I was not able to walk stairs very well cuz I just had surgery. But then later I found out that they did have an elevator

Bad experience

The floors in the room are filthy. Need to be mopped. The bed was supposed to be a queen size and was just a double. The bed was very broken down and uncomfortable. The toilet paper holder was solid rust. There was a bug under the washcloth on the vanity. handle on the shower fell off. Needs to be tightened.

This place is a dump,it’s loud,it’s dirty,rude employees,bugs and mold in the room,a nasty cigarette smell in the room that they obviously tried to coverup with cheap air fresheners,The parking in the back lot is tight.Stay far away I’m starting to think all these great reviews came from people that stayed in the new building.I was traveling with my 3 daughters& felt very unsafe& the janitor guy kept following us around watching us it creeped me out.We literally brought our suitcases in looked around and left didn’t sit on anything didn’t use anything(all under 10 minutes)and they still charged me for 1 full night,at that point I didn’t care we just wanted far away from there where we felt safe& a clean room.
