Miss leading pictures. Don’t stay here

0 of of 5 stars. Don’t let the photos fool you, this hotel looks NOTHING like them. The photos show a decent hotel. I’ve staid in third-world countries with nicer accommodations. The room was dirty…hair and trash everywhere and the floors were so filthy we bought socks to wear and throw away. After one day the socks were black and we were only in the room long enough to sleep. The entire exterior is stained, dirty, and has trash everywhere. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and calling the two tiny lumps of cotton “pillows” was generous. The beds also squeaked loudly with any movement. You can see through the exterior door when it’s closed, so forget about safety or any sound proofing. You hear everything and everyone. The bathroom door didn’t close either. The pool has brown water and grass growing through the concrete. It’s obvious it hasn’t functioned in a long time. And the hot tub is cemented in. Wyndham should be ashamed to have their name on this place. Forget five stars, on a scale of 1,000 I’d still give it a ZERO. No towel service, each day we had to go to the office for clean towels. We used the old ones to cover the dirty floor.
You could see the outside after the door was closed.

The rooms were dirty , one room had cockroaches and the other had no towels and the floor was oily, also one bed had a hair on it The outside doors were so dirty a the curtains too. Trash outside on the parking lot. A disaster to be honest. The only thing is the location not besides that nothing positive .

Very disappointed with this property. First thing we had to do was spray air freshener cause the room smelled horrible. Family of six and only had 4 towels. No toiletries at all. The bathroom was a disaster. Tub was dirty and can tell its been patched. Shower curtain had holes in it. Beds not comfortable. Couldnt even get the tvs to work. Only good thing was the air conditioner worked well. Would not recommend in the least. Spend your money elsewhere

There was zero hot water. There was only a sheet on the bed. Beds were disgusting under the “protective cover” when going to sleep it was as if you was sleeping outside at a party frat house. People smoking playing super loud music all night. Oh yeah, there’s a drink.Tried to shower at night no hot water at all. Tried again in the morning still zero hot water. Absolutely do not recommend even for one night now which is what we stayed, and regret would have slept better in our car over night versus this place.

Absolutely horrible… first we booked this hotel due to the breakfast.. (they now changed the ad to light breakfast) come to find out all we get was a granola bar. First room the door didn’t lock at all. (We have a child with us) worker didn’t understand why I wanted a new room. Finally gave us a new room. There were ants everywhere, tub didn’t drain, let us with one roll of toilet paper and half a used roll. (We were there for 6days) there were people smoking every where even tho we signed a thing stating non smoking grounds. We ended up checking out early due to the non sense. We paid extra for this hotel due to the breakfast and ended up losing out. Wouldn’t give us a refund. Just overall disgusting hotel.

The toilet was dirty, there was stuff dried on the headboard and was flaking off onto the mattress, and looked like bed bugs. The curtains was very dirty, the refrigerator was filthy on outside. Bathtub drain was missing and looked nasty. When we left and came back later someone was in our room, in which some of our things were stolen. The front desk barely answered the phone and wasn't friendly at all.

It was very dirty got a room for 5 people and only given 2 towels and 1 wash cloth went and asked for more since we used one to clean the dirty floor, they said there was no more towels to give. So hopefully u don't need a shower. Huge hole in bathtub filled in with caulking. The pool outside is not usable. The hot tub is filled in with concrete. Ur free breakfast is a granola bar or pop tart. The people living in the other rooms look like crack heads, the pillows were tiny folded in half inside the pillow case. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

We were here during a truck event. Outside around Pigeon Forge was loud, however in the room it was quiet and relaxing! The staff was friendly!

I was traveling alone, and they put me on the 3rd floor, far away from lobby and elevator. When i got to the room, the safety lock is broken from the door, and you could see light all around the door. I sure didn't feel safe! Then i tried to take a shower, the tub handle wouldn't go to hot water, then it totally broke off!! No shower!! The pillows felt like basketballs, beef was hard, and the street noise was horrendous!! Trucks going up and down the road till after 1AM!! Never again!!!

This place was dirty. The pillows were not even full sized. The bath tub floor felt like it was about to fall out from the bottom. Luckily there were no bugs or roaches in the room, but I wouldn’t have been surprised if there were.

Lord I hope you never book here nasty ant the word for this place no hot tub like it says the pool is green and nasty no breakfast like it says that was a plus when we booked and it was awful noisy drugs could smell what they were smoking constantly nothen worked right black mold in the shower and in the room fridge was frozen over no coffee no towels in the rooms no toilet paper lord stay away from this place I was just there had two rooms worse experience I ever had will never book there again and the sleep no you ant sleeping at night there screaming all night hollering burn outs with cars trucks and motorcycles no police never came went on every night we where there and it was for 3 days tv only gets certain channels they have people living there full time that are scary keeps walking by your room and I just hope before you book this place you read this worse place to stay and nothing it says is true no food no pool dirty and nasty rooms and no amenities like personal hygiene so don't waste your money was there on 9/19/25-9/22/25 run don't stop here

Wouldnt let a sewer rat stay here!

Pictures says it all. I was looking for a budget friendly room and i was amazed at the price, how ever i would have had more comfort and cleanliness at the county jail. Went straight to the office after the first night to tell them the fridge flooded my room and ruined all my food, i also understand all the beds are the same but the room i was put in the beds was worse then laying on a box spring. I got laughed at n put in another room. The staff lives on site and partied til late in the night both nights i was there. Talked to customer support at hotels.com to let them know what type of business they are promoting. Hotels.com did a wonderful job helpung me out but what that hotel did after is crazy. They had a abandoned car full to the max in the parking lot. While i was taking my stuff to the car the owner was outside with the owner of said car and said ya thats her that complained go say something to her. I simply said come near me and i will mase u period. That could have been a very dangerous situation. Claimed to go breakfast and open pool til Oct 1st. Pool was green n had trash floating in it with no breakfast of any kind. There isnt even a phone to use in an emergency.
