Welcome to our beautiful Airbnb listing in Phoenix, Arizona! This property features two separate units, each with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, making it perfect for families or groups of friends traveling together. Each unit has a main bedroom , a double queen room, and sofa beds in each living room providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 12 guests in total.

PETS Pets are welcome for an extra fee per for the entire stay to account for the extra cleaning they require for the next guests. Please bring bags and clean up after your dogs. We also ask you to please ensure that the dog is kept off of all furniture, and that you clean up after them outside. * Washing all of the dishes you have used. * Disposing of trash in proper bins which are located in the backyard by the side gate. * Leaving furniture/beds in their original location, all towels and linens must be accounted for. Please be careful of the white sheets/ towels and comforters and use the supplied make up wipes for removal of makeup.

Great setup
The property setup and location was perfect for our two families of four.
The reason for 4 stars vs 5 is the amenities. Small improvements could go a long way! Upon arrival there were no towels in the main house. They were all in the casita but still only a total of 4 towels for 8 people to have to share. The fans in the bedrooms didn’t work without the light on and there were no remotes to control that feature. The bathrooms are very small and had no fans to air out the shower steam. Lastly the main bedrooms had no mirrors to accommodate getting ready. When a family of four has to share a very small bathroom, extra mirrors would be extremely helpful.

This is a great new property that is very conveniently located near the downtown area. We enjoyed our stay and the host was responsive to our suggestions! Curtains in the back bedroom will hopefully be added soon!

House was very cute and clean. Beds were not comfortable. The A/C in the main house never cooled to the temp on the thermostat and it was unbearable until around 11 PM. Property mgmt dropped off fans around 2 PM the second day, which we had to put together ourself and one fan had no stand. A/C in the casita worked great. There are no cups or dishes in the casita for guests staying there. Remotes for the lights/fans in the bedrooms inside the main house were missing so we had to unscrew the lights to keep fans on. Over all property mgmt was responsive. Would not recommend staying there during summer months. Great location for events at Chase Field.
