Not the service expected for the price
The location was beautiful and the beach was amazing. We were less than impressed with the property management. When we arrived we arrived we immediately noticed the smoke detector had no batter and was beeping, a light was out in the living room, another light was out in the bedroom, a closet door in the master bedroom didn't open and the ice maker didn't work. We called the maintenance number and Mike came up within the hour. He was able to fix the smoke detector and the light in the living room and he removed the closet door so we could use the closet. He brought us up a bag of ice from the clubhouse and he was off the next 2 days but someone would be back to fix the other light and the icemaker. This was on Saturday and no one ever came back. While there we also noticed the top part of the outlet next to fridge didn't work, we had another light go out in the master bathroom, there was mold on the curtain in the master bath and the stopper for the tub didn't work. The space was beautiful and the location was great, but when paying that much for a condo I expect the to have certain things, like ice and lights. We would probably stay here again just because of the location but the property management team needs to do better.
