Good but needs tlc

Communication with the property manager wasn’t hard to achieve and Mary was thorough. The property itself is a little smaller I would say than I originally thought. The door frame entering the condo is a little rotten. The lock on the sliding glass door in the master bedroom was broken and never able to be opened, supposedly the on site manager was supposed to have reached out and a locksmith sent but that never happened. The guest bedroom light/fan didn’t work the first four days we were there. The xfinity tv in the unit quit working the second or third day. The main tv remote for the living room tv didn’t have batteries. The living room tv also had a dark shadow for about 1/4 to half of the bottom left side. The hot side of the water faucet was hard to shut off due to the coupling for the line connecting to the handle being loose under the countertop. The property is nice and located in a nice area. It’s just needs better attention or maintenance I would say. It was fine for all of our crowd mostly 28-30 but I would definitely see older folks being very aggravated. Simple fixes all able to be made in half a day.
