Check in process was difficult. This was the second time we've stayed and both times the guard gate didn't have our name so we had to wait about 30 min for them to let us in. Not sure whose fault that was. Then we couldn't get the TV to work. The owner didn't know how to work it. Asked us to call her cable company to work it out. We didn't feel that was our responsibility. She then offered to come over to try and fix. She couldn't figure it out and said she didn't really have time for this as she had dinner guests over. She said she thought we were being kind of rude with our communication to her. We just hadn't had someone ask us to fix something that normally is an owner issue. So that was a bit unusual. We hadn't had something like that happen before. But the little casita is nice, just a couple of unfortunate things happened.
