I lost my camera in the resort that was a very expensive purchase recently, went to the front desk and they check with security and they did have it! Really happy that they are very diligent and trustworthy would definitely recommend.

Fantastic hotel if you are visiting Epic. Easy walk across to the entrance. Friendly, clean, well designed. The takeaway pizzas were the best we’ve had in Florida. Highly recommend!

Staff mixed my reservation with other guest, and when we showed up at 3am from the airport they made me go get my dad (the other guest) for him to show hi id and let us in. They wouldn't fix it if my dad didn't show up... also, so expensive and they only do room service maybe onces while you're there. Note the $30 for parking per night. Not coming back.

Keeping in mind at this time the place was open for about a month as a new hotel: Its a great and convenient choice to use for Universal (especially for Epic universe across the street 5-10min walk) if you are going to utilize early access. Shuttles to other Universal parks are roughly 20 mins. The merch delivery to your room (takes 24-48hr) and charge to your room perk which takes out of your security deposit (starts at $50) unless you put more is basically useless. I will say it only helps if you don't want carry a giant plushie or take a wallet into the park. Also, if you have one of those sealed plastic case holders that attaches to a lanyard or ID tag, then that will be another plus. The late night pizza delivery was a long wait (waited almost an hour) for subpar quality which if you can muster after the park closes, eat at city walk. If you like universal merch, you wont be shortchanged much as you hunt around for park and exclusive merch prior to the park. I believe the perks are definitely convenient and there if its strictly Universal, but will need a lot of work as its fairly expensive for what they are asking to stay here. The airport super star shuttles they offer are nice for an extra $50. Overall I will give it a 4 star experience.
