Property was clean; easy access to Epic Universe. Great shuttle service to Epic and other theme parks. Friendly staff. Parking was easy to access and plentiful. Although I did not get to enjoy the pool, the pool area looked nice with plenty of lounge chairs, and lifeguard.

The property is immaculate and really easy to navigate. All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The pool is quite large with tons of loungers and lots of space for kids and adults. It was an easy 10 minute walk to Epic Universe (or you could wait for a shuttle). My only complaint were rooms were only serviced every other day, which is not acceptable at a hotel at this price point.
