Our home is located in the fabulous Encore Resort at Reunion. This gated community is SUPER close to all of the popular Orlando-area theme parks. Your family can drive (or Uber/Lyft!) to Disney World in approximately 10-15 minutes, Sea World in 20 minutes and Universal Studios in 25 minutes! Flying in to Orlando International Airport (MCO)? You'll be at our house in less than 30 minutes.

The clubhouse also has a great restaurant/bar and gift shop, but please note that you will not have access to the water park or other resort amenities because we do not use the resort's preferred property management company.

Pool heat is an optional charge of $40/day and recommended November-March. At this time, VRBO can not add this charge on automatically, so send us a message to request!

Hosting an event requires prior approval; please contact us before booking.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property.

Fireworks are prohibited in the resort.

Temporary structures, such as tents or bouncy houses, as well as decorations, folding tables/chairs, etc. are not allowed outside per the HOA. The only exception is a sukkah during Sukkot, which is allowed but ONLY in the front driveway.

Quiet hours start at 10 p.m., but music with vulgar language is not allowed at any time (this is a family-friendly resort!).

RVs, campers and trailers are not allowed per the HOA; we recommend parking them in the nearby Rainbow Chase RV Park. Cars must be parked in the driveway and not overhang onto the grass or sidewalk. Cars that do not fully fit in the driveway must be parked in an overflow lot on the resort.

Trash must be bagged and placed inside the bins on the side of the house. No loose trash is accepted and bags must fit within the trash cans provided.

The backyard contains a BBQ grill and fire pit, but you will need to refill the propane tank(s) if they run out during your stay. (Our property management is company is not a licensed propane dealer and will not be able to assist.)

The playground is intended for guests aged 3-10 with a weight limit of 110 lbs. per child. The slides can get very hot in the Florida sun, so please check the temperature before allowing your children on the equipment!

Any HOA violations may result in up to a $100/day fine that will be passed along to the guest.

Motion-activated security cameras are located on the front doorbell, driveway and side of the house (pool equipment/utilities).
