OTHER DETAILS TO NOTES:

*The following items are left at the house for your arrival: 1 shampoo, 1 rinse cream, 1 soap, and 2 toilet papers in each bathroom. In the kitchen 2 bags and garbage, 2 dishwasher soap, and a paper towel. In the laundry room 2 soaps for washing clothes.
WE DO NOT PROVIDE WASH CLOTHES due to hygiene issues.
I suggest that if you stay more than 2 days go to Walmart and shop for cleaning and bathing.
**In all bathrooms we leave bath towels, hand towels for the number of guests that the house can accommodate.
All beds have sheets, duvets and pillows.
*** We do not replace bed linen and towels during the guests' stay, all of our houses have a washing machine and dryer.

POOL HEATER: Please note the pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near freezing temperatures. Pool heat is an optional amenity that's offered to most of the properties available. It can be added to your reservation at a nightly rate of $35 USD with a minimum of 3 consecutive days with 2 days request in advance (before arrival). Once pool heat is requested and paid for by the guest, it will be turned on and set to 85.F - 90.F. Be aware that pool heat service paid after 3 PM will be turned on on the following day and that the pool may take 24 hours to reach its set temperature. NO REFUNDS will be given due to incremental weather.

Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when  the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at some times.)

Propane Gas only Grill Rules: For the use of the barbecue there is a fixed fee of $65.00 for the entire length of the stay, for post checkout cleaning and propane replacement.

PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES)

You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep.
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the door step.
.We are not responsible for items or belongings left in the house after checkout, please, when leaving, carefully check the removal of all your belongings and suitcases from the house so that there are no problems.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.

Furniture: Please do not remove or move furniture and decorative ornaments from the original position of the house without prior permission, subject to a fine.

If the guest checks in after 11.00 pm, he will have to contact us and let us know so that we can make the necessary arrangements for the check-in.

We are always at your disposal to provide you with excellent accommodation and to allow you to have an outstanding vacation while in our listing. Also, please keep in mind that our main form of communication is through Airbnb messages.

Note: We are not responsible for any left items at the unit.

RULES HOUSE:

1- Minimum booking age: 21 years old

2- No parties or events permitted within the premises, subject to a $1,000 fine

3- Respect the maximum occupancy of 15 guests

4- Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited within the property, subject to a $350.00 fine

5- Pets are not allowed, subject to a $100.00 penalty per day

6- Prior to arrival, kindly provide guest names and contact numbers (adults only)

7- Door code will be provided a day before arrival

8- Outdoor surveillance cameras in patio and front door areas

Garbage Procedures:

- Daily garbage collection service provided

- Outdoor plastic bench serves as a designated trash can; please place securely tied trash bags to prevent a $100.00 removal fee

- Place garbage bags before 9:00 am daily

- Garbage collection occurs daily (refrain from overnight placement)

- Unbagged garbage should not be placed on countertops

Resort Parking Rules:

- The resort accommodates up to 3 vehicles; please avoid sidewalk obstruction or street parking to prevent penalties. The 3rd car should be parallel-parked to the driveway, ensuring no sidewalk blockage.

Access to the condominium requires presentation of your reservation at the entrance gate. Our streamlined check-in process is facilitated through a door-opening password. Guests enjoy unrestricted access to the entire clubhouse area.
