The only thing I didn't like about this place was now you pay for your parking. It's a separate process where you have to scan a QR code and pay. I really prefer a one and done situation where I can pay everything at once

This hotel is so clean and nice! Safe and convenient area. Only complaint would be is the faucet water was hot not warm just hot. Other than a that would definitely recommend!

I stayed for six nights. Poor service (hand soap was not replaced regularly, shower gel was not refilled), television in rooms did not work properly and transmission was horrible, bathroom lock kept breaking, sofa bed was broken. Breakfast was good however variety would have been nice; got boring after a few days. Overall it was clean though and very convenient location next to Universal which was an added bonus. Several restaurants and shops are close by too.

Bedbugs?

The Hotel room was smaller than expected. The sofabed was very difficult to open and set up. Its not across the street from Universal meaning its best to take a Lyft or Uber to get there. It's a far and very hot walk. The shuttle books up fast and we were not able to use that option as it was always booked at prime times. We all (five of us) had unusual bug bites in a line of three while staying here. I googled this and it said it was indicitive of bed bugs. The hotel offered to change our room but we had so much stuff we just asked to change the bedding. They did that without a problem. We never saw bedbugs but kept getting unusual bites. We didnt look for bedbugs. We were busy and not trying to look for problems. The hotel said they inspected for bedbugs but couldnt find anything. The pool was smaller than it looked and we never used it. The breakfast was ok but they have limited seating. I wouldnt stay here again. I didnt ask for anything from the hotel. They didnt have any cream or spray for the bites. I asked the night manager if they have ever had issues with bedbugs before. He said its not common. The hotel was cheaper than others. I would spend a little more and find a better place next time.

Great experience!

This was one of the best hotels that we have stayed at in a long time. It’s very clean, the staff were professional and friendly and the location was perfect. Our room was more spacious than I expected. It’s about a 8 minute drive to universal studios and a 15-20 minute walk. We had a great experience and I would stay at this hotel again!
