Property great location, 5 minutes from Universal Studios and Interstate nearby. Property itself clean and staff very courteous. Breakfast was simple but good. Only negative was construction in property next door.

The staff was great. The breakfast was good. The common areas were clean. There is ample parking. The part that ruined my stay was the in room cleaning. They only came every other day. I don’t want to come home to unmade beds and overflowing trash cans. Also, I use clean towels at home every day. I should not have to ask for clean towels. People do not want to clean when on vacation.

Room was quite comfortable. It was not large, but it met my needs for one night with my family. Bathroom could use some updating to higher toilet and cleaner looking tub. I liked that they had multiple charging ports around the room. Would have loved it if breakfast went to 10 am rather than just 9 am.
