Our stay was perfectly fine. Clean room, excellent breakfast. We've stayed at this location numerous times now and each time the only concern is the wait at the front desk. Whether to check in or to request towels, etc, it's a long wait. The staff each time have been excellent, just need more help. Maybe a second person at the front desk at busy times would help.

Location was good. Hallways and room looked very outdated. The wood flooring on the second floor hallways needs to be addressed. I could hear and feel footsteps when anyone walked near my room. Could also hear through the walls. Listened to the next door occupants coughing through the night. The staff was fine and the location is convenient. Just seems overpriced for the condition of the room. I would stay again for a 1 orv2 night trip but def not for a long stay.

Hotel Review: A Disappointing Stay with Serious Security Concerns Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, we noticed several issues—the hotel was not particularly clean, had a strange and unpleasant smell, and the customer service was poor. While our room was just about acceptable, it was far from great. The biggest concern was the security of our valuables. The in-room safe was non-functional, so we were advised to leave our passports, cash, and ESTA documents with the reception, as they claimed to have a secure safety deposit box. However, when we returned the next day to leave additional items, a different receptionist told us there was no safety deposit box and had no idea where our passports and money were. He had to make a phone call and took 5–10 minutes to locate them, which left us understandably anxious. When my mother, quite reasonably, asked if they had lost our passports, the receptionist became extremely aggressive. Instead of addressing our concerns professionally, he physically walked us around the reception area, pointing at each security camera to prove how “secure” the items were. This did nothing to reassure us—in fact, it made us feel incredibly unsafe. Passports and large amounts of cash should not be left in an unsecured area, and the hostile response from the staff only made matters worse.

I guess you get what you pay for.... The hotel per say was ok, the room was clean but after a while we noticed how dirty it was. We noticed the showerhead was completely corroted and disgusting.. seriously it was gross. Then at night we could not go to sleep! the pillows were rock hard and the A/C would make a leaking noise whenever it turned on. Also we could literally hear everything going on around us like it was in our own room. Like i said, the price was low, so we paid for what we got.

Staff if very very helpful. It is close to universal studios as well. Rooms are very basic. There is breakage as well which was bare minimum. I wish there was atleast eggs in the breakfast
