The airport shuttle was right on time and the drivers were great. Our shower dripped all night. I reported it the next day and the concierge immediately made a note for maintenence.

Juan at the front desk was a rockstar. When we arrived from or cruise around 10:30 am, he was juggling the phone, requests for late check outs, request for early check ins, contractors, and storing luggage by himself with a smile and not missing a beat. The pool area was nice and there was pleanty of seating and coffee while we waited for our room. That being said, I did not enjoy the room at all. The cooling system was loud and outdated. I could not get it to a comfortable temp, and air blew right on me as i had the bed closest to the unit. We could not hear the tv without having it up too loud and disturbing the other guest in the room while trying to rest.The hallway smelled of mildew and the bathroom door could not shut as it was coming apart at the bottom. Juan offered to have someone take a look however I declined as we were tired from traveling and were happy to be accommodated with the early check in. The complementary breakfast was good with many options and the area was clean and spacious. I was a bit taken aback by the tone of the 6:28am call for the 6:30am airport shuttle but I do understand they have a schedule to keep so that people can make their flights. We jumped on the shuttle so fast that I didnt notice how flithy the seat was until getting off at MCO. There were stains upon stains. If the seats couldn't be cleaned, they could at least get a seat cover. There's more but wont fit. I guess there were more pros than cons for the price.

We had a very pleasant stay at Fairfield Inn by Marriott. The warmth and politeness of the staff made us feel truly welcomed. The free airport shuttle was convenient and reliable, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. However, it would be great if the breakfast offered more variety for vegetarian guests. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Thank you!

The front desk staff was excellent.Their customer care was spot on. We didn’t know you had to notify if you wanted your room cleaned. We also ran out of liquid soap… not cool.
