Our stay at the hotel was pleasant. The staff were nice and helpful. We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was delicious. My husband enjoyed the coffee at the coffee shop and the breakfast sandwiches were great! It’s in walking distance of a great coffee/pastry shop as well and a TGI Friday and Millers Ale House. The walk to City Walk was easy and about 15 minutes. The pool was nice and the area clean.

The room was ok there was chocolate smeared on the curtains, cookie squished into the side of the desk chair, no conditioner in the pump bottle, and the refrigerator wasn’t cooling. We stayed for one night the bed was clean as well as the bathroom. Bell staff was nice, check in staff not so much… reservation was under my husbands name for 2 I went to park the car the key wouldn’t let me in parking so got a ticket went to the desk on my way in and my husband had to come down before the staff would tell me I wouldn’t be charge double to prove my husband was who he was and who I was… this was after checking in and providing ID. Meanwhile the credit card that paid for the room was in my name…🙄

The stay was good, but check out day, we waited 40 minutes for the elevator and we had alot of carrying items in hand. After 45 mins we took the stairs, we were on the 6th floor, so carrying a load fill and going down 6 flights of stairs, we were not happy, recommend improvement on this situation.

From the cleanliness of the rooms; access to the parks; hotel amenities, friendliness of staff and not to mention the BREAKFAST and their staff, so amazing. My family and I have stayed here twice this year and have decided to stay nowhere else when visiting Orlando! Absolute best choice!
