I had an another exceptional stay at Aloft Hotel Lake Buena Vista, thanks to the phenomenal customer service from Mell, Anahi, Marcia, and Brayan at the front desk. They truly cared about the little details, always greeting me with a smile and genuine kindness, checking in to ensure everything was perfect. The front office manager was EXCELLENT! Any issue with my room or the property was addressed promptly and professionally. Mell, in particular, went above and beyond daily to make my experience unforgettable. Patty, the housekeeping manager, also delivered five-star service, quickly resolving a minor issue and following up personally to ensure everything was satisfactory. Their dedication to guest satisfaction made me feel valued and appreciated. The room was fantastic, with a beautiful view and great amenities, including hot water and strong water pressure. Theres one small issue with the hot tub and pool next door at their sister property (the jets do not all work and the pool had lots of dirt in it) aside from this… I can’t wait to return, thanks to the exceptional care I received!
