The Space:

The Shorehaven OCMD is under new ownership and is pleased to share our updated units with you and your family. We took design inspiration from boho, midcentury, and elevated beach chic styles in order to provide you with a comfortable and stylish experience. Get ready for fun in the sun, beach adventures, and as our name suggests, a peaceful escape from where you can enjoy rest and relaxation. This unit is one of eight vacation rental units in a multi-unit complex. We hope you will choose to stay with us.

*This listing is most suited to family groups, and building association regulations require guests to be over the age of 25 when renting to groups of adults*



Apartment Details:

-Ground floor; 3 steps only to reach the front door.

-Fully furnished, AC, Cable, Wifi included.

-Fully equipped kitchen

-Dining area seats 6-7.

-Small private front porch with 2 chairs.

-Bedroom 1: 1 queen bed

-Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, 1 twin bed

-One 4-piece bathroom (tub, shower, sink, toilet).

-Living room with TV, massage chair, and futon couch. Couch folds down into bed that can hold 2 guests.

-1 parking space on site

-Beach and boardwalk a 3 minute walk away

-In addition to hosts/co-hosts, will have on-site staff to assist with check-in, check-out, and to help with any concerns or questions during your stay.

-NO SMOKING OR PETS ALLOWED.

-Presence of functional security cameras may view the front door or entry areas, outdoor staircases, and outdoor communal areas



Guest Access:

Entire unit and front porch are private and not shared with other guests. Communal fenced outdoor leisure area and parking lot area are shared with other guests in the complex.



The Neighborhood:

Only a 3 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk, and walking distance to downtown OC, restaurants, and many activities that OC has to offer!



Getting Around:

Public parking is $3/hour, with lots and spaces on every street. Free parking is available in the city as well, with spaces available on the side streets, and availability closer to bayside. The Boardwalk Tram, Coastal Highway Beach Bus, and Park & Ride are public transportation options if you prefer not to drive around the city.

We will be able to get in touch with you at any point during your stay. You will also be in contact with local staff for check-in, check-out, and any pertinent questions or concerns that would be easier to help with onsite.

We stayed here for the 2nd year in a row, just in a different numbered space- Still so happy with our experience . Our family (two parents, three children ages 6, 3, and 1) stayed in unit 2. Plenty of space for all of us and our stuff. So clean and setup for checkin with no issues. Beautiful patio/porch view that we sat on each night. Outdoor shower was perfect for cleaning the kids off after each beach day. Prime location within walking distance to all amenities (boardwalk, beach, laytons family restaurant, ice cream, pizza, pool, even a fire house that our boys loved walking by). If you are thinking about staying here, it is worth it.

Wonderful Stay!

My siblings and I booked this relatively last minute as far as planning beach trips are concerned, but we were not at all disappointed! The updates to the space were really well done, and it is a great distance to the beach (maybe 3-5 min walk) and boardwalk—we could come home quickly for lunches and/or if we forgot something. The front porch is large and a great place to hang out. Walking distance to pretty much everything—super convenient. Be sure to bring your own essentials—toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing things, etc. There are some starter supplies available, but depending on how many people you have, you may need more. Dishes and kitchen utensils are provided. The refrigerator is medium sized, so be mindful of that when packing food for your trip. The local contact for checking in was fantastic—even helped me carry in my bags and gave me a quick tour. There is only 1 parking space for the rental, but there is plenty of free street parking nearby if you have multiple vehicles. My siblings and I really loved it here & would definitely rent again.
