Late Checkout:
Any unauthorized late checkout will incur an automatic $50 fee. Any unauthorized late checkout that is 2 hours late or more automatically incurs a fee equivalent of the nightly rate for that unit that night and does not extend your rental period. You will also be responsible for refunding us any amount that we have to refund another guest due to your unauthorized late checkout.

Beautiful cabin

We had an amazing time at the cabin! I emailed the host to ask where the ponds were for fishing and they got right back to me. My son caught three fish! It's about 35 mins away from bass lake but a beautiful drive. The cabin was nice and updated and actually decorated - which you don't see often with rentals. We would definitely go again 😊
