Fine but not Awesome

The location of The Muse is fantastic if you want to be near Times Square/broadway and the rooms were a nice size as well as aesthetically pleasing. I felt they could be taking better care of the place and Definitely be more cleaner. Air conditioner & its ceiling had layer of dust that’s gross. Also odd situation happened while were there in construction and process outback to include Saturday and Sunday morning 6:30 AM which sucked. So we talk to the manager at checkout and say is there a construction discount and she said no and did not offer us any solace for our pain. That was disappointing customer service to me.

Pros: 1. The beds are queen for four people room. 2. The staff is exceptional. Cons: 1. We had a drain issue in bath tub which was fixed after two attempts. 2. The room we got a lot noise from surrounding. The hotel is in Time Square so this is understandable.

I prefer to stay at the Muse whenever I’m in the city to see shows. It’s so convenient, walkable (even though I’m on a cane). Easy to navigate in the lobby and rooms. Excellent staff

Fantastic Manhattan location close to everything we needed. Easy valet. Kind friendly staff, who also will help you with food suggestions. Spacious room. Very nice bathrooms behind lobby. Nice insite gym. Plan to return here next time visiting NYC.
