This property is lovely! The staff is great and super responsive. Location is a 10/10. My only critical feedback is related to the cleanliness of our room. The floor was dirty and the sheets could've been more clean.

My daughter and I stayed at the Omni for a long weekend of sightseeing and a Broadway show. This was our first visit to NYC and I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Staff were all kind and courteous and Lenny the Doorman was outstanding! He met us each morning with a big smile, friendly conversation, and a few dance moves. Our room was clean and spacious. Location was a huge plus. We were within walking distance to Times Square, Broadway, Grand Central Station, and so much more. I will for sure be staying here again next time we visit NYC!

From the second we got to the door till we are getting ready to head home the staff here is fantastic and extremely helpful. JOHN at the concerige desk especially made us feel welcome and important! Worth every dollar by far one of the nicest hotels ive stayed at we will definitely be back!
